We had our wedding in Fall 2024. We booked with a Venue that offered all the things, and great packages, so we could be worry free come the Big Day! Unfortunately, come our wedding day we did not get what we were promised or planned for. After our wedding we just kept beating ourselves up and saying “we could have done so much better” and “I wish we would have just made this or done that.” So we took a leap and here we are! I was born and raised in Paris, France and came to the U.S. in 2011 to go to college. I met my husband there and we are now raising an amazing little boy and our two dogs. My mom and grandma used to take me to all the museums, expositions, plays, etc. They made me fall in love with art. I started to paint and sculpt when I was 10. My love for art never faded as life became busy. I consider each and every bouquet/arrangement a unique piece of art, and pour my heart in every creation.

Sophia is the creative force behind Botanical Preserves. Raised in an artistic household, she’s worked with multiple mediums over the years, with five years of experience in floral design. Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Their nature of fragility adds to their elusiveness, and gives her the opportunity to exhibit the never-to-be-replicated side of her personality every time she works with floral product.
