TRAIL BREAK launched 8+ years ago and we were lucky to quickly find our schedule FULL during those first few years (and every season since) due to our casual yet professional approach to this business! We are a crew that clearly has fun at events (we'd have to given that we roll up with a giant, bright, plaid-wrapped trailer). Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. Twelve 31 has been catering events all over New Hampshire since 2018.
