Ellington has a rich musical career that consists of teaching, performing, producing, and composing. He performs jazz regularly, accompanies for choirs, soloists, and collaborates with various ensembles. He is self employed as a freelance performer and teacher. Ellington holds a Bachelors of Music Degree in Jazz Studies and a Bachelors Degree in Music Technology, both from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

Retro, smooth, and timeless. Sweet Something was created by vocalist and front-woman, Ariana Harbin, with the intention of bringing her favorite jazz tunes of yesteryear back to life. Expect to hear the great music of Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Sinatra, Nat King Cole and more during the band’s performance.
