As a flower farmer-florist, I grow many of the flowers used in the weddings I service. I love hearing the unique stories of the couples I work with, and tailoring designs that reflect their life and fit their vision for their wedding. My designs are all about you and not about my farm, so I incorporate a blend of my farm's flowers and out-sourced florals to meet design needs, seasonal availability, or specific color requests. Brin’s Posy is named after my beloved dog. She passed away unexpectedly a few years ago, leaving myself and her pup sister (Abby) to figure out life without her. We were months of grieving her loss when a close friend insisted I channel the grief energy into something positive. A bell went off in my head as my current job as a florist in a far away town was coming to an end. Brin’s Posy helped me come to terms with the loss. I still have Abby (the shop girl) in the shop daily and occasionally out to our farm venues! We love to source local and work with community members.
