FM was incredible at walking me through the process and the full service package is worth WAY more than what you pay for it. I felt incredibly prepared for flower arrival from all the phone calls, videos, and paperwork they sent including detailed recipes and schedule for the week. We had some hiccups with Hurricanes and delayed shipping. They called me to initially tell me they would be a day early. Then when they didn’t arrive called again and explained they’d been held up in customs(obviously no ones fault). They then sent out an entire extra box of blooms to be sure we got everything we needed. Flowers were beautiful!!! “Dana is amazing!!! She is so talented and made my floral experience completely seamless. When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. When I mentioned that, this vendor told me that "if I could get it for less, go with the other vendor." He genuinely didn't believe that I could have gotten what I was looking for at a lower price point. My flower delivery the day of was timely, professional, and once again, totally seamless. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and many of my guests commented about how beautiful they were. One of my bridesmaids works in the wedding industry and was totally blown away by how gorgeous they were. They were also so fresh and all of my arrangements that were in floral sponges were still in perfect condition two days later so I was able to pull them off and preserve them.”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“I’m obsessed with Sasha! She’s a true visionary. I had a vision and I let her run with it and she truly executed it ten fold. I’m a chef and I wanted fruits and vegetables incorporated into my florals. She accomplished this design in the most classy and elegant way. There were mushrooms, kale, radish, gooseberries and so much more and my guests loved it and found it so unique. It was all in a beautiful jewel tone palate and matched the vibe of my wedding venue to the T. The florals that she used were so vibrant and unique as well, there were even hollographic flowers (anthurium) from a specialized flower house. Above and beyond! My bouquet was the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever seen and guests kept on telling me how impressed they were with my florals and how they were so Eva.
