We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ciera Wilson, our day-of coordinator. She stepped in during the final weeks after our original coordinator departed, and her professionalism and warmth made the transition seamless. Ciera was attentive to every detail, did what needed to be done, and ensured that we had nothing to worry about. She truly went above and beyond to make our day flawless! Additionally, the serving staff was equally phenomenal—friendly, accommodating, and always one step ahead. From the setup to the last toast, the Ashton Gardens team showed a level of attentiveness and care that exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: make sure your timeline aligns with the venue’s standard hours. We had to purchase additional time to fit the entirety of our wedding timeline, but the team worked with us to make the process simple and hassle-free. Fernando was nothing short of a lifesaver. He worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was perfect, responding to every email and call within minutes—no matter the time. He was so kind, supportive, and incredibly organized, handling coordination with every vendor and anticipating our needs with unmatched dedication. Our wedding simply would not have gone off without him, and his exceptional care is a huge reason our day was so flawless. The food was phenomenal—truly the best wedding cuisine we’ve ever tasted! The staff, particularly at Sidney’s Restaurant and throughout our reception, provided the warmest, most attentive service. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how well they were treated and the outstanding experience from the moment they arrived to the time they left. We also have to highlight the front desk staff, who went above and beyond in making our guests feel so welcomed. They happily passed out our goody bags and were incredibly accommodating with early and late checkouts, ensuring everyone had a smooth, enjoyable stay. The golf carts were a massive hit, making transportation around the islands so much fun and convenient. The staff even went out of their way to meet guests or assist with returning the carts. With guests staying across all three locations—the Lodge, the Villas, and the LakeHouses—everyone was blown away by the beautiful accommodations. And our honeymoon suite? It was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect escape after our unforgettable celebration. The entire planning process was smooth and virtually stress-free thanks to Flint Hill's professionalism and efficiency. Their Design Studio brought my vision to life - better than I ever imagined. The floral arrangements were stunning and left our guests in awe. The food and drinks were phenomenal — especially the chicken parmesan and the blackened petite ribeye. Truly top-tier catering. On the big day, we had the incredible Ms. Brenda as our day-of coordinator. She ran our rehearsal and wedding with military precision — in the best way possible! Her presence was calming, and she had everything under control from start to finish. Jessica, our venue coordinator, was equally amazing - always responsive, professional, and a true support throughout the process. I also wanted to mention that while we opted to spend more on food, beverage, design studio, etc., Flint Hill offers a variety of options for many price points. We never felt pressured by the staff to upgrade or spend more money. Booking Flint Hill was hands down the best investment we made during our wedding planning. First off let me say my wedding was absolutely the best day of my life. I went to the venue at magnolia hill because I saw they offered an all inclusive package. Because I had no clue about planning a wedding I figured this would be the best option, and it was. From the food to the decor and bar service everything was awesome. I really appreciate the time everyone at the venue took to make our day special.

Just as the title says! Mahi was very kind, helpful, and accommodating in helping me and my coordinator plan my wedding! Shuttle service ran smoothly according to guests. From the moment Reece and I toured Primrose Cottage, we knew it was the one. We’d done plenty of research and visited 3 venues, but nothing compared to the charm and warmth of Primrose - nestled right in our favorite part of Roswell. We knew we had to make the numbers work somehow! One of the biggest reasons we loved Primrose was how many things they handle in-house. Between catering, design, coordination, and decor, all we had to find ourselves were the officiant, DJ, and photo/video team. It made the entire planning process so much smoother and far less stressful. We fell in love with the back garden the moment we saw it - it’s absolutely magical. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning it was during cocktail hour and throughout the evening (we even set up a second bar out there, which was a hit!). The team at Primrose was phenomenal every step of the way, so consultative, warm, and collaborative. Alison, Shannon, Jessie, and especially Lauren (the MVP of the Design Center!) truly understood our vision and budget. Lauren in particular found creative ways to repurpose floral and decor pieces from the ceremony for the reception, making everything look breathtaking without stretching the budget. About a month before the big day, I found out I had Orthodox cousins attending. The team immediately offered to coordinate Kosher meals - no hesitation, just kindness and solutions. It’s that level of care that really stood out. We also loved attending the Primrose Showcase for booked couples, such a great experience to meet preferred vendors, taste menu options, and get inspired by design ideas. We even found our officiant and flower presser there! If I had one small wish, it would be for earlier access to the venue the morning of, when no other events are scheduled. We ended up paying for additional time, which was absolutely worth it, but having a little extra breathing room for getting ready and photos would have made it even more perfect. And finally-— the food! It was phenomenal. I don’t usually expect wedding food to be incredible, but our guests are still raving about it months later. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and we even got to take some home to enjoy afterward. Thank you to the entire Primrose team for your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. You made our wedding day not just beautiful, but truly joyful and stress-free. We’ll remember it forever.
