Unique Catering started with a passion for food, friends and a love of people. We opened in December 1999 and have catered over 750 in that time. We have always customized our menus to fit our clients culinary tastes and budget. We offer a discount to all active and retired military, police and fireman. Unique Catering has always believed in giving back to those who give so much to us.

Hunter and Amy Huffman launched their hospitality group with the opening of Mesquite at the Warehouse in August of 2024, within historic building of Woerner Warehouse. A modern, upscale southern dining concept that features a large emphasis on fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches. Along with the delectable slow roasted meats and locally grown produce to house made sweets and bread, Mesquite at the Warehouse tries to embody excellence around all aspects of hospitality and central Texas community. That same philosophy is applied to our catering and events- with a strong focus on service and community.

We are a full service caterer in the Texas Hill Country. My husband and I started catering in 2009. We are humbled by the growth of our business and the amount of weddings we are apart of each year.
