We were new to Arizona, and we had 60 people coming in from out of state and we wanted to throw an unforgettable party. Under Bella's guidance, our wedding was a unique, magical event that looked stunning, and went flawlessly. Every vendor Bella brought in did an incredible job, and Bella herself is an absolute gem. She's creative, extremely professional, and will go above and beyond to help you experience the wedding of your dreams. On the day of our wedding (October 15th), the day started with a suprise monsoon! Ours was an outdoor wedding and I was a wreck. Heavy downpours were soaking the stage, band equipment and tables. Bella was very reassuring as the skies continued to rumble until MOMENTS before the ceremony. Just as I started walking down the aisle, a golden light spilled over the mountain above the property and a circle of blue sky formed above us. A dragonfly appeared behind our minister and started flying in an eternity symbol pattern. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and a beautiful sunset for the rest of the wedding. Bella was my rock that day. She orchestrated the timing of the vendors and aspects of the wedding such that all I had to do was enjoy the day. Everything else happened like 'magic.' But it wasn't magic. It was Bella keeping the pace, directing everyone behind the scenes and giving us a truly beautiful experience. She's so lovely, kind, and she truly cares. “We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! “We booked Nichole for our day of coordinator. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond. She showed up before anyone else and made sure everything was set up just right. She checked on me and my bridal party throughout the morning and even reminded me to eat, which I was very grateful of. “Sarah and Alden at Vacay Mode Travels. I can’t recommend them enough!! I stumbled upon them while trying to attempt this on my own and they saved me so much time and money!! From the jump we had a meeting to discuss our wants/desires/location/time of year/guest count - and narrowed down to our three choices of resorts. We decided to pick Majestic SIGHT UNSEEN (not like me AT ALL). But because they had had other couples get married here it settled all my fears. I never once coordinated with the wedding department myself, Sarah tackled all of that for me. About once month we had meetings to discuss (to do list, what needed to be done that month (ie: save the dates, head count with guest booking, changing room block count, excursion booking, honeymoon booking, guest transportation, suggestion on external vendors, reminders about vendor fees) THEY DID IT ALL. They saved us so much money with how we did the room block and navigated booking ALL of our guest, tracking head count, transportations. I have seen so many brides in this group posting about hidden fees, I had NONE. No surprises or anything come payment. BOOK THEM I promise it will be the best decision if you are freshly planning a destination wedding and feel lost.”
