Pour Girls & Some Guys LOVES working at Falling Water Gardens. The team there are always so great to work with. They take great care of the clients and their guests and make it easy for us to also take great care of them. The venue is AMAZING. The Bar is really nice to work and serve from. And the surrounding area/ venue is just so beautiful!! You can't go wrong with booking this venue for your event, the Customer Service and ambiances are equally spectacular.

Immediately after our initial tour of Terra Valley Farms, my spouse and I knew that this venue was perfect for us! It has a charming and secluded feeling to the area, despite being a little over an hour from Seattle. What undoubtedly sold it for us were the services offered with all wedding packages. This included an array of decor available for the day; linen, tables, chairs, and set up/tear down included; and plenty of opportunities for planning and coordination meetings well in advance of the event. Tessa, the staff member we were in primary contact with was very responsive in the time leading up to our date and willing to answer all questions. She was helpful with the overarching prep details and planning related to the venue flow that allowed for a flawless wedding day! I did see that starting early 2025, the venue is increasing their prices - likely to remain competitive in this wedding market. Quite honestly, I think this venue would unfortunately be out of our budget due to this if we were looking right now. Knowing how perfect our special day was, however, if you can afford it, it was well worth the investment for a lower key, yet stunning wedding venue. From the moment I arrived, Jessica was there & ready to direct me where to park. Then, I was shown around and introduced to everyone & I felt so cared for. Everyone had such a positive, caring, and supportive demeanor and it felt really special. The venue is absolutely gorgeous — it’s a photographer’s dream, honestly. The wide open field with mountain views, secluded little nooks perfect for picnics and private moments for the couple, and a huge alder grove that leads you to the water. And if that wasn’t already enough, couples have the option of camping on site!! I haven’t stopped thinking about this venue & all the incredible people there since I left and my golly, I can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I got married at this venue in April 2024! Molly was absolutely amazing and helped us coordinate a lot of things for our wedding, including chair rentals (which we upgraded), decor/linens, and seating arrangements. She was professional, communicative, and worked well with our other vendors! Compared to other venues, we felt The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was priced well. The only minor hiccup for us was having our salads under-dressed during dinner; but overall, the service was great! And our guests loved the stunning views at the club! It's an absolutely beautiful venue!

Had the most beautiful wedding at Wisteria Gardens. As we planned a wedding from 9 hours away Heather made everything so easy. Whether that be doing a walk through with relatives local to the area, text messages and phone calls to answer questions, or sending pictures of decorations they had onsite, she was on it. She always made sure she had our best interest in mind, even on the day of she helped with all the set up and things behind the scenes. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. On top of having a great host, the venue was amazing. We had numerous compliments on how beautiful the event space was. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an extremely helpful host to take some of the stress off of you and the most beautiful venue in the Skagit valley.

We LOVED Woodinville Lavender and working with Tom, the owner. We planned our WA wedding from Southern California and found Woodinville Lavender about 7 months before what would turn out to be our wedding date. The process started by hopping onto a Zoom call with Tom where he showed us so many pictures and examples of weddings past. He provided dates the venue was available and showed us pictures of his lavender farm from that date in years past to show us the most accurate representation of what we would get on our wedding day. He answered all of our questions with ease and we booked without ever visiting the venue, that's how much we trusted him! We were able to meet up with Tom at the venue in person in February where he walked us through the grounds, showed us our possibilities of where ceremony and reception would take place, and assured me (the born and raised Southern Californian) there was a rain plan and what it would entail. Like most brides, I imagined sun on my summer wedding day, but I walked away from that meeting feeling great about the rain plan if we needed to enact it. Tom was incredibly communicative and accommodating. When we were struggling to find certain vendors and his recommended list was out of our budget, he went out of his way to brainstorm some more vendors he worked with that was within our budget and gave us details on how they were when he worked with them in weddings past. Truly, Tom's lengthy experience in the wedding industry is such a bonus to his beautiful venue. It put us at ease throughout the process and day of that he knew what he was doing and that we could trust him fully (which is priceless when it comes to vendors). We also forgot to grab a sentimental item and reached out to him a few weeks after the wedding to see if we happened to have left it at the venue. He found it and shipped it back to us, no charge, no questions asked. In summary, the venue is incredible, but Tom is the best (:

Capitol City Barn is an absolutely stunning venue, and we consistently received compliments on how beautiful everything was. This is truly a hidden gem, and we were very thankful to have found this venue for our wedding. That being said, I must note that receiving a response from the owner can take some time. I understand they are busy during wedding season, but it did make me panic a bit. The owner also didn’t have a list or pictures of the décor and furniture inventory, which made planning a little tricky. I’d have to send emails asking for dimensions for specific tables or furniture. Still, she did not seem to know the exact dimensions for some of the items, which I thought was a little odd for a venue owner. When we first arrived at the venue for the wedding day, the owner didn’t ask us if there was anything we needed or check to ensure everything was set up correctly, despite my having sent a floor plan. When I did need something or had a question, I had a hard time tracking her down. We did have a day of coordinator, but she did not arrive until noon, and we arrived around 9:50ish. After the day of coordinator arrived, I’m not sure how the communication went as the DOC didn’t really communicate with me much at first (but that’s another story). It also sounded like my DOC had dropped the ball on communicating about furniture pickup times and the ceremony seating arrangement, so I appreciate the owner doing her best to navigate that situation. Additionally, one of the wooden tables we used as a cake stand had some spider webs and pine needles on it, which my mom had to clean off. I was also under the impression that on the day of the wedding, there would be additional staff to help move furniture around, as when we first toured the venue, we were told that “they” could move some items around to make room for dancing or other small details. It even states on their website that “Our staff will set up the tables and chairs for you, while also providing an attendant for the entire event to maintain trash cans, restrooms, and answer questions that may arise on the big day.” However, on the day of the wedding, the only staff member present was the owner, and I felt bad for asking her to move some of the items by herself. Luckily, we had guests to help, and even some of the catering staff assisted with moving the chairs (as the chairs from the ceremony had to be moved to the tables afterwards for the reception). Again, this would have been a lot of work for the owner to do on her own, and I would have gladly hired staff had I known it was just going to be her trying to move over 100 chairs by herself. Later on in the day, another woman (maybe the co-owner) did show up. The only advice I have for anyone booking this venue is to take measurements and possibly take pictures of the furniture inventory to make planning easier, as this information is not provided on their website. Also, if you don’t want guests having to jump in and help move tables and chairs, I would suggest hiring extra staff. All that being said, this is still a beautiful venue and I would recommend it to anyone. They also let you book your own vendors, which is a plus! All the guests had a blast!

Fireseed is such a beautiful location and the staff and owners put their all into ensuring you have the smoothest ride, planning and the day of. Everyone kept asking us if wedding planning was stressing us out, I can honestly say Fireseed made it so easy. We only had to book our music, flowers, alcohol, and a couple permits. The rest was all taken care of by Fireseed and their team. I can not recommend it more and knew as soon as I saw the location if I had ties to Whidbey Island I would be getting married there. Not only were they the only venue to respond to me in a timely manner, they also checked all my boxes. It’s a big enough space for a lot of people, but still small enough to feel intimate. The communication was great. Most important to me is they do everything for you! By that I mean they cater there, they have a full bar and bartender, they help coordinate, set up and take down (no cleaning for me at the end of my wedding!!) and they have a coordinator day of who stays with you and helps everything move along the whole time. You cannot go wrong if you choose them as your venue. I highly recommend.

I chose to have Amy do the day-of coordination—and as a project manager and full-blown type A person, I wanted to be completely hands-off on the big day. My wedding binder had instructions down to the napkin folds. Amy NAILED it. If anything went wrong, I never knew. Everything ran perfectly. We also loved how flexible the venue was in letting us create the wedding we envisioned. Through Florence, we found Carol at Island Girls Catering (incredible!) and she connected us to Sweet Buffet Lady for rentals. That trio made for an absolute dream team. We booked the whole house overnight and I highly recommend doing that. Honestly, our only regret was not booking the entire weekend. Having the space to linger, enjoy the night, and ease into cleanup the next morning was priceless.

Once we selected Marionfield, John gave helpful advice about layouts, useful pointers about timelines, stellar recommendations for other vendors, and transparent information about the venue and what does and doesn't work well there. John always responded quickly and thoroughly to emails. He was generous with his time, letting me visit once six months before the wedding and again three months beforehand for a walk through with my coordinator. John is warm, caring, and honest. When you book your wedding at Marionfield, you are also securing a dedicated teammate in your wedding planning journey. About the venue itself: Marionfield is gorgeous. The buildings, landscaping, walkways, and furnishings are all in tip-top condition. Marionfield gets the details right -- dimmable lights in the barn, ADA accessibility, comfortable chairs, the spacious bridal suite with a full kitchen. The location is private, secluded, and quiet. The historic barn offers a charming, romantic backdrop. You also get a team of helpful people on your wedding day who make flips of the space happen, see that the water stays full, and that your other vendors are where they need to be. The team worked seamlessly to make our wedding go off without a hitch. The high level of included services (staff who handle chair and table set-up, venue flips, most clean-up) and add-ons available for very reasonable fees (hot cider bar, flatware, plates, glass water goblets) at Marionfield means fewer moving parts and details to keep track of.
