Photog Lexie

5.0

  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $750
  • Serves Whiteoak, MO

Lexie Photog Story-driven wedding photography with an editorial twist. Lexie Photog is all about capturing real moments—with a touch of artistry. Blending a documentary approach with creative prompts and modern posing, Lexie tells wedding day stories exactly as they unfold—authentic, emotional, and beautifully composed. Based in Missouri and always ready to travel, I know when to step back and let the moment breathe, and when to guide you with prompts that bring out natural connection (and killer portraits). The result? Timeless, cinematic images that feel like you. No awkward poses. No stiff smiles.

From the moment she floated into the room (did she walk? did she levitate? unclear), Lexie brought this calm, sparkly energy that somehow melted all my stress into glitter. She wasn’t just snapping pics—she was summoning memories, catching the most fleeting, beautiful moments like they were fireflies in a jar. She knew exactly when to hang back and catch that candid tear rolling down my grandma’s cheek (I’m crying again just thinking about it), and exactly when to swoop in like a creative goddess to prompt the most iconic portrait of us running through a field like an indie film poster. I didn’t know I could look that cool and that in love at the same time. Her prompts? Genius. Her timing? Impeccable. Her presence? Like being wrapped in a warm blanket of confidence and vibes. We didn’t just get wedding photos. We got art. We got memories that feel alive. We got a new best friend who may or may not be part-magical woodland creature. Hire Lexie. Honestly, you’d be doing yourself a favor. She’s the real deal.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I recommend 100% using flower moxie if you want to DIY your flowers. My cousin used them for her wedding and had a great experience so I decided to use for mine as well. I was worried since my wedding was on a Sunday that a Thursday delivery would have my flowers wilting by the time of the actual wedding. It was perfect. The flowers lasted so long. The recipes for the arrangements are easy to follow. Everyone loved my florals and was surprised it was DIY. I would totally use them again.

Jenna the dj kept the party hopping all night! She literally was so great in ensuring the guests were kept in the loop the entire night. The couple loved x files and she was made aware and went out of her way to play the x files theme song as a surprise for them. Also, there was an inside joke with a cardboard cutout of Danny Devito. When they did a couples dance she even joked about how if someone didn’t have a partner they could dance with Danny. She was very personable and even helped clear plates in her free time. In addition, there was an issue where the hired officiant didn’t show up on time. I called Live Events as a back up and the owner Dennis told me he was an hour and a half away at another wedding but would come immediately. He rushed to our aid even when I told him the other officiant finally showed up. He showed up ready to help in any way he could. This company is top notch in all they do. Professional, polite, friendly, fun and ready to exceed your expectations. The only mistake you could make on your wedding day would be not hiring them.

Dan Moore from DJ Shark Attack was absolutely incredible. From the moment we met him, he exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was he an amazing DJ who kept everyone on the dance floor all night, but he was also one of the most genuine and thoughtful people we’ve ever met. We had a special request for a unique entrance into our reception, and Dan completely nailed it. He went above and beyond to make it exactly how we imagined, and it turned out even better than we hoped. On top of that, we asked if he could include last names during the wedding party introductions—something he doesn’t normally do—and he took the time to learn and pronounce every single name correctly. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. He also made a real effort to connect with all of our guests and made sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the night. While my husband and I were off taking sunset photos, Dan got us plates of food and even kept them warm—something we hadn’t thought about, but he did without hesitation. Dan wasn’t just our DJ—he was a huge part of what made our day so special. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens, cares about your day and delivers it on every detail, DJ Shark Attack is the way to go. We couldn’t recommend them more!!!

We met because I had just finished my degree and was looking for a photographer - he actually took my graduation photos! When it finally came time to book our wedding photography, I knew I wanted to go with him - no questions. His communication style is open and easy. He is responsive to all questions and requests which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of his work is truly top-notch, with beautifully curated photos that captured all the special moments of our wedding day. He is incredibly accommodating and guided us through every step of the way. He didn't hesitate when I even asked him to travel out to California for the wedding. It was awesome to have someone who is like an old friend and has seen us grow over the years capture our special day. Edgar, Anchor Studios Photography, was the perfect addition to our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the memories they've preserved for us.
