Alpha DJ Package
Price$1,195
In addition to the Direct DJ Package: 5 hours (total) of continuous music (Add an hour for $100) Multi-colored dance lights (upon request) Wedding coordination and planning. Our wedding planning team can help coordinate with all your vendors (Photographer/Videographer/Banquet Staff)…preferably ours of course! – but if not, that’s still okay. Professionally groomed DJ attired in your choice of either a tuxedo or a suit & tie.
All-Inclusive DJ Package

In addition to our Alpha DJ Package: Unlimited continuous music for up to 8 hours Ceremony music/wireless microphone (optimal audio for your vows) with two setups if needed. This includes pre-ceremony music as guests are seated Dedicated team member to assist with coordination & logistics from the time you reserve to after your wedding

Photo/Video Great. DJ Horrible
We were incredibly disappointed with the services provided by DJ services by DIRECT ENTERTAINMENT. The DJ we hired from their company did a poor job of playing the songs from our carefully curated playlist, and instead spent too much time performing himself rather than focusing on keeping our guests entertained. He also completely forgot to do several special dances and announcements that were very important to us on our wedding day. Overall, the DJ's unprofessional behavior and lack of attention to our specific requests really detracted from the energy and enjoyment of our reception. I would not recommend using DIRECT ENTERTAINMENT for your wedding - there are much better DJ options out there that will actually listen to your needs and preferences.

He performed once during dinner, which you approved and went over extremely well with your guests. We discussed in great detail everything before the day of your wedding and did not forget any of the dances you requested. We just got married last weekend and could not have more fun at our wedding. We are ecstatic about how things went from the beginning when we hired Direct to our last dance. The communication and details leading up allowed us to not worry about a thing on our wedding day. Mike and Nate both were working in unison keeping things rolling smoothly and the music was exactly what we wanted. He mixed in a bunch of music to fit in with our list to keep the dancing nonstop all night. Our guests are still texting us how it was one of the best weddings they have been too. The value was there too for us! Thank you.

The DJ Michael showed up late to our wedding without any notice. We had to reach out to him to figure out if he was coming. Despite answering all questions on the portal and going over song choices for an hour the day before the wedding the DJ managed to play incorrect songs for reception entrances and the cake cutting. The bouquet toss never occurred. The DJ’s microphone was not working for the maid of honor and best man speeches and at no point did Michael attempt to fix the matter. Unfortunately the speeches were not captured since the videographer was synced to the DJ’s microphone. Michael stopped playing music and began packing up to leave at 10pm despite the company being informed that the wedding reception had been extended till 11pm and the forms that the DJ had access to detailing the reception ended at 11pm. We also rented a Photo Booth through the company for the wedding which was supposed to be open from 8pm to 11pm however they choose their own operational hours and the Photo Booth was also taken down at 10pm. Guests were unaware that the cake cutting was occurring and noticed the poor performance by the DJ. Overall very unprofessional and extremely disappointed with the services received.

All this stems from a new form you completed, with updated songs and times, but never submitted to us. He did play all the music you had compiled in your old forms, and your end time was 10 pm on all contracts and in your portal. He did not think anything of it ending at 10 pm since your guests had left and the bar was closed. We did open your Photobooth early at 630pm for your guests so you had an extra 1/2 hour and it was used the most during this time. If we had kept it open from 10-11pm, you would have wasted that time because no one was there. I am terribly sorry for this confusion, as stated on the phone and even compensated you a 50% refund, trying to do the right thing, even though not our fault for not having updated forms, we felt horrible. We have deadlines and systems in place for a reason. We wish you the very best. Owner- JimBride
Jim has been so friendly and professional throughout this entire process — he’s made this a really seamless and exciting experience! Our DJ Rick was great at reading the room and adjusting the music from our curated track list to fit the vibe we were going for (we really wanted people to work the dance floor!). Lisa helped run our Photo Booth, and it was such a blast. We just got the pictures back and they’re so fun! They really capture the feeling, which I love. If you’re looking for a DJ and Photo Booth, give Direct Entertainment a try!
