From the very beginning, their communication was superb - they were responsive, professional, and clearly committed to making our day perfect. DJ and music was ok. DJ and Photographer (purchased both services) purchase was pretty cheap, cheaper than most but you get what you pay for. Photography and Video are not Professionally done. Again, pictures were ok and Good for minor parties but not real special occasions (e.g. weddings). Definitely make sure DJ and Photographer goes to the location and recons the area to ensure All Details get covered and have a plan for setup dj-equipment and best places for pictures. DJ had a few hiccups but luckily overcame a few of the problems (internet and power issues) they had, which could've been avoided if they came to see location and plan accordingly (unprepared). But if you do go with them, Just make sure they go and they're prepared for any blunders that may happen (plan for options). Video was awful due to the high winds and lack of additional help, but again they were unprepared. Other than that, They're real friendly and try to provide most of your request. Thanks

The reason we don't do recons of locations is that we have done over 3,000 weddings and we bring the same equipment to each event. The hiccups that happened were not anything that could have been determined buy a recon. We do not rely on the internet to DJ, but the clients wanted a specific version of a song that was not specified on their music list. The wedding was in the backyard of an Air BnB and the wifi was not strong enough to connect for that one song. We were able to obtain the one song by phone and it was played on time. The power surge that caused a few seconds of delay also could not have been determined by a visit to the site prior to the wedding. In our contract it specifically states that we are not responsible for power issue. Everyone had a great time at this wedding and danced all night long. This day was not just a windy day, it was gale force winds. Even though the video microphone had a wind shield, I advised the clients that it would effect their video as there really isn't any video editing software that can take out that much wind noise.
