This magnificent Georgian-style home was built in 1914 for Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt, a financier, and businessperson, by P. Thornton Marye, whose most famous project was the design of The Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta. In 1937, the house was purchased by Nasour and Mary Mansour, the first generation of dry goods merchants known regionally for their Mansour’s Department Stores, first in LaGrange and then in other major cities in the region. Originally part of Atlanta’s famed Inman family estate, the Swan Coach House is a historic space in the residential heart of Buckhead. Here, in a romantic Old South setting, glorious gardens or beautifully appointed rooms form a perfect backdrop for radiant brides. Distinctive, Southern-accented cuisine and outstanding service assure that receptions, bridal luncheons and parties are occasions never to be forgotten.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Ivy Hall overlooks beautiful Vickery Creek and a lovely covered bridge. Our deck is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours, complete with outdoor furniture and lite trees. Ivy Hall has two rooms-The Vickery Room and the Brookside Room which allows for lots of flexibility. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views and the wooden beams and antique wood floors creative a warm and unique ambience. The wonderful food and beverage is made on-site by our in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a variety of food options and will help you create the perfect menu. Owners Kacey and Hillery Cecil developed this space out of love and passion for antiquated buildings.
