“We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.”

“My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!”

When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. “We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.”
