Cold Creek Farm is a family-owned wedding venue nestled in the heart of North Georgia, lovingly operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Originally purchased in 2011 with the dream of building a working farm filled with animals, the property has since grown into something even more special. Through years of vision, dedication, and hard work, it has blossomed into one of North Georgia’s most beloved wedding venues. As guests arrive, they’re welcomed by horses and donkeys grazing peacefully in the front pasture beside the entrance, which proudly displays the farm’s name. Welcome to 42 West! Congrats on your special day! We are situated in a 50 year old building right in the middle of the hustle bustle of the West Side. Our space has all new upgrades and the warmth of unique brick touches. We are one of the newest independent venues on the west side of Atlanta with the only true outdoor space. Our stunning large iron doors open to our beautifully lit patio. Our entrance to venue is super unique and hidden. You guests will be so shocked when the wind their way to the space! The Gardens at Kennesaw Mountain is nestled on four secluded acres at the foot of Kennesaw Mountain. The Gardens has a variety of spaces to meet all of our wedding reception, ceremony and rehearsal needs. Come see why we call it "naturally elegant".

Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

It includes a catering kitchen, bridal suite, and built-in bench seating facing Ponce de Leon Avenue and the Atlanta Beltline. Bar Packages available separately and must be provided by our team. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop.
