Throughout the process, Yoli, the bridal coordinator, responded to all of my questions promptly and cheerfully. Marielly and Janelle made me feel so comfortable and confident at my trial and were open and responsive to feedback and follow-up questions I had about my own look as well as questions my girls wanted to ask. On my wedding day, my bridesmaids, mom, and I got ready at the pink salon. The space is bright, airy, and full of cute spots for photos. Marielly and Janelle gave each of my girls the same VIP treatment they gave me at my trial and they kept us on time to ensure the rest of the day went smoothly. My group ranged widely in terms of needs (we had hair that was curly, straight, thick, and thin and girls who ranged from wearing little to no makeup regularly to girls who regularly go full glam and wanted bright and colorful looks), and each girl ended up with a look that was perfect for them! About a month before wedding day, Pam followed up with the wedding day timeline which made it easy to communicate to my girls. Wedding day! Pam arrived on time, had set up so quickly and was ready to go! All my bridesmaids were so shocked on their makeup. I had a range of different skin colors and textures of my girls and Pam was able to work with the different skin tones! They were absolutely breathtaking. Its rare to find someone who can provide services working with a wide range of skin tones. Now, my makeup was absolutely fabulous! The smokey eyes, wispy lashes, contoured cheeks and blush was gorgeous. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day. Picture this tiny girl holding a barbie styling head, running as fast as her 7 year old nugget legs would carry her. All to show her mom the “twist braid” hairstyle she spent hours “creating”. My hair tends to get frizzy very easily when it's down (in this case half down), but she made sure it stayed looking amazing all night long, despite lots of dancing and even some rain in the evening. From the first call we had, Abby and I clicked immediately and I knew that she would be able to bring my makeup vision to life. My mom and I each had a trial with her and Abby nailed the look the first go around. I had done a couple of other trials and was coming in a little wary, but I showed Abby what I was thinking and she didn't just look at the reference images and start working - she heard my concerns and my asks and made me feel so taken care of. Originally Abby was just going to do makeup for my mom, MIL, MOH, and me but after our trial, I expanded the list to include all of my bridesmaids as well. On the day of my wedding, My group could not stop raving about Abby and her beautiful work. She made us all feel so beautiful and our best selves. Nikki did my makeup for a friend's wedding 2 years ago, and after feeling the most beautiful I'd ever felt in my life I knew I was going to book her when my time came around. The entire process with Nikki was easy, from my trial to the logistics and all in between. Her work speaks for itself. I can't even count the number of people who came up to me and told me my makeup was insanely gorgeous on my wedding day, and I felt that way too. The one aspect that I feel shouldn't be overlooked is the experience Nikki and my beauty time provided for me on that day.
