What makes you different from other DJs?

As a DJ the ability to read a crowd and have the music knowledge for proper song selection is a vital skill that takes years to master. Working for 20 years as a full-time nightclub DJ, cruise ship DJ, Spring Break MC and owning an entertainment company, I have performed in thousands of events and know how to keep a party fun and engaged. I'm completely dedicated to every client I work with.

Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes. If needed we can provide complete separate sound systems and microphones for your ceremony and cocktail hour. This way all spaces have been properly sound tested and ready to go before your wedding starts and your DJ isn't setting up speakers in your reception last minute.

Can you provide speciality, religious, or ethnic musicians?

Yes we work with all types of specialty music from around the world and can customize your playlist.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate naming your venue on the 2M General Liability Policy.

How early do you come to set up?

Accepted Answer

We take pride in being early! If the venue allows it, we usually show up 3 hours before the event begins to give us 2 hours of set up time and 1 hour of free time in case it's needed. We usually start music 30 minutes before guests arrive. For larger productions with video projection, truss and lighting we will coordinate special timing to properly program and test all items.

Do you provide other services, such as lighting or photo booths?

Yes, we're a one stop shop for your entertainment needs. We also provide photo booths, video projection, music video mixing, up-lighting, dance floor wash lighting, pinspot lighting, custom gobo spotlights (lit monogram), totems (7ft) with moving spot/wash lights, atmospheric effects (CO2 blaster, fog machine), and furniture rentals (arches, farm tables, table rounds, vineyard chairs, bars, etc).

I'm what's known as an open format DJ. I play multiple genres and create live mashups. I never play the same set twice and can read a crowd to create a perfect mixture of new and classic songs raising the energy throughout the night and then brining them down with a collage of feel good heartfelt love each other music.

Do you take music requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it's not something super in appropriate or on your do-not-play list. If the song they requested has an energy level that is best suited for a later part of the night, I'll let them know.
