Do you travel to my venue?

We regularly serve venues across PA, MD, DC, VA, and WV—barns, vineyards, manors, ballrooms, and everything in between. Travel is included for many locations we work in often. For anything farther out, we’ll let you know up front if there’s a small travel fee so there are no surprises. Share your venue name and date, and we’ll confirm details.

How far in advance should we book you?

Most couples book us 9–18 months before their wedding, especially for Saturdays in peak months (May, June, September, October). If you’re planning a Friday, Sunday, or off-season wedding (Jan–Apr or Jul–Aug), there’s usually a bit more flexibility. The easiest way to know is to send us your date and venue so we can check availability and hold a spot while you decide.

Do you act as MC as well as DJ?

How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?

To reserve your date, we require a 25% retainer and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is typically due about two weeks before your wedding. Everything is handled online—agreement, payments, and planning—so you can take care of it whenever it’s convenient.
