Hi, I'm Emma! Growing up in a household of amazing Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine cooks, I fell in love with the flavors and traditions. But dining out often left me disappointed by the lack of authenticity and quality. As a pastry chef, my passion for good food only grew stronger. I started Flame & Flavor to share my vision, using fresh ingredients, no seed oils and premium meats to craft delicious dishes that bring people together. Our food is made with love, and it shows.

We are a woman owned business, proudly serving 100% seed oil-free Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine in San Diego, rooted in my Lebanese, Armenian, and Greek heritage. What sets us apart is our traditional approach, cooking on a certified charcoal grill right on-site, serving piping hot food made with love. We use only the finest ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, butter, and avocado oils only. Whether you're gathering for a family style feast, a buffet, or casual customized bowl, we're passionate about bringing people together through delicious food and creating lasting memories.
