Munch & Mingle

We’re Munch & Mingle, a Middle TN mobile snack bar service specializing in cocktail hour and late-night snacks. Our fun and interactive bars allow your guests to self-serve all their favorite treats, creating a memorable and engaging experience at your wedding. Our current snack bar options are: Charcuterie Bar Sweet & Salty Bar Ice Cream Candy Bar Chocolate Fondue Bar Brunch Bar Mini Pancake Bar Cereal Bar We are excited to be launching our Nacho and S’mores bars in 2026!

We are a mobile bar that fits seamlessly into any event space. Our setups are designed to look beautiful, fit small or large spaces, and elevate the aesthetic of any event. We offer a unique variety you wont find anywhere else. We offer 7 fully themed snack bars (with more launching!), giving couples a level of customization and creativity that is hard to find

We first discovered Munch & Mingle at a bridal expo in Nashville, and from that moment we knew we had to have them at our wedding! We both love charcuterie and were looking for a unique alternative to a traditional sit-down meal, and Munch & Mingle was the perfect fit. They were incredibly professional and friendly, working closely with us to create a custom snack bar experience that included all of our favorites and fit the needs of our celebration perfectly. They also brought the best energy to both the cocktail hour and reception - and their snack carts are so cute! We rotated through three different snack bars throughout the evening: a charcuterie bar to kick things off during cocktail hour and the start of the reception, followed by a sweet and salty bar and an ice cream bar to end the night on a sweet note. Our guests have told us again and again that Munch & Mingle was one of their favorite parts of the entire evening. With so many options available, guests were happily snacking all night long! Our celebration truly wouldn’t have been complete without Munch & Mingle. We are so thankful for the care, creativity, and hard work they put into making our wedding the celebration of our dreams.

I used Munch & Mingle for my bridal brunch and am SO glad that I did! I did the brunch and mimosa bars. From the moment I submitted my inquiry with them, they were incredibly responsive and professional. They answered all of my questions quickly, and the booking process was a breeze! I booked many months before my bridal brunch, and they stayed in touch and ensured that I had everything I needed. They showed up early, set everything up beautifully, and were there right on time after brunch to clean up everything. The set-up was adorable, and my bridesmaids all LOVED the brunch bar. The food was SO delicious, too! I would absolutely recommend Munch & Mingle and would use them again in a heartbeat!
