I provide unique choreography and personalized private dance instruction. I only work with wedding clients ensuring your privacy and my undivided attention. Whatever your vision; from traditional to the unexpected dance mash up, you will feel confident and excited as you approach the dance floor for your first dance! As a former competitor in ballroom dancing, I have a unique approach to teaching. I promise you will enjoy our time together and surprise yourself as to what you can do! I only work with individual couples so you can feel comfortable while practicing. My couples often decide to include parent & bridal party dances as well!

My fun approach and commitment to exciting choreography ensures you'll have an amazing experience! No cookie cutter dance moves with me, your vision comes to life. Our time together will be designed to meet your goal, Never an open-ended "program" where you pay to dance.

Description

Carefully planned program of 6 Hours with standard song edit. Private sessions designed to give you a fully choreographed first dance. We cover it all. Choreography, attention to photography opportunity; timing, confidence, dips, tricks, maybe even a lift!

Honor Dance Package

Description

Three (3) 75 Minutes Sessions, designed to provide complete choreography for Mother of The Groom/Groom or Father of The Bride/Bride. This is excellent for bridal party group dances as well.

Bridal Dance Compilation

Description

8 Hours of private dance sessions carefully designed to give you a fully choreographed dance that includes multiple songs or dance styles.

Jessica was absolutely amazing in creating our wedding first dance. Jessica was patient, creative, and so easy to work with (neither my fiancé nor I had any dance experience haha). Thanks to her guidance, we felt confident, had fun throughout the process, and ended up with a first dance we’ll never forget. Our first dance was the talk of the wedding!

Jessica is an amazing dance instructor. In just 5 lessons, she taught us an entire choreographed wedding dance that blew our guests away, and surpassed all of our hopes and expectations. Neither of us had formally danced before, but Jessica was extremely patient, clear and thorough in her instruction. Her communication skills were outstanding, and she helped build our confidence every week. She sent us personalized guided notes to help us in our at-home practice. She even worked with her husband to provide a fully custom version of the song that we wanted to use, and designed our dance around it. She made our lessons fun, and we looked forward to going every week. If you want to make your wedding even more memorable, I recommend you give her a call!

Choosing Jessica Braza from The Dance Floor in Cranston was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! My husband and I had never taken a single dance lesson before, but Jessica made the entire experience fun, easy, and completely personalized to us. From the very first lesson, she went above and beyond. She even sent us custom instructional videos after each session (from both partner perspectives!), so we could practice at home without feeling overwhelmed. That alone calmed so many nerves and helped us feel confident as the wedding got closer. Jessica’s experience really shines in how well she adapts to different skill levels and personalities. She teaches in a way that makes sense for you, not some one-size-fits-all approach. She is patient, warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her couples. She checked in with us constantly to make sure we were comfortable, asked if we wanted tweaks, and made thoughtful adjustments that made the choreography feel natural and very “us.” She also welcomed my dad for our father-daughter dance practice, and my mother-in-law for the mother-son dance, which meant so much to our families and was so much fun! On top of that, she offers a venue rehearsal option where she meets you at your venue the week leading up to your wedding. Practicing our full routine, in the exact spot we’d be dancing on our wedding day, with Jessica right there guiding us, lowered my stress level more than I can explain!!! As a Type-A bride, the venue rehearsal calmed my nerves more than I can explain. Because of Jessica - our first dance was truly magical. It captured who we are as a couple and completely wowed our guests… especially when we surprised everyone with a full choreographed routine that ended with our version of the Dirty Dancing lift! It is still one of our favorite memories from the entire day! If you are even thinking about taking dance lessons or choreographing a first dance, do yourself a favor and book Jessica!! She is truly gifted at what she does, she loves her craft, and makes the whole process unforgettable. We are so grateful we found her and would recommend her a thousand times over!

Riss!!! Looking back at our time together is one of my fondest memories. the energy and enthusiasim you brought to our lessons was nothing short of fantastic! Your vision for an over the top performance was exciting for me and I so appreciated the effort you both made, truly beautiful. The time I got to spend with you and your father was an honor and everything a Father/Daughter Dance should be. So glad we had some time for Ross's mother as well, just the sweetest thing to watch!

My husband and I worked with Jessica on our first dance choreography and it was such an incredible experience. From start to finish, Jessica was easy to communicate, beyond kind, and so much fun to work with. In fact, we had so much fun with our first dance choreography that we even booked a date night with friends! I cannot recommend Jessica and the whole The Dance Floor team enough. Our special day was that much more special because she gave us the confidence and skills to nail our first dance. So what are you waiting for?!
