    EA Floral Boutique was a major disappointment for our wedding day. From the very beginning, communication with Vuctoria - the owner , was extremely poor - she rarely picked up the phone or responded to our texts, making it very difficult to coordinate details. When we signed the contract, she required a 30% deposit upfront which we now regret paying. The quality of the work was subpar and not at all what we had discussed. Many of the services and materials we paid for were not provided at all. The crew of 1 florist , the owner and her son arrived 3 hours late of the agreed time on the wedding day . Victoria later clamed the the rest if the crew "did not show up" , causing the venue to not be ready for our photos and videos on the agreed timeline. To make matters worse, the owner Victoria was argumentative and added a lot of unnecessary stress to our special day. During the months presiding our special day we felt that Victoria was annoyed whenever we tried to reach her to discuss our vision for the ceremony and reception and other spaces at the venue, and she completely ignored many of our requests even though all along she agreed to honor our requests. There were far fewer flowers than we had agreed upon, and a lot more green fillers instead. Several key items like the glossy runner, candles for the centerpieces and sweetheart table, flowers to decorate welcome sign , organza fabric for the ceremony canopy and staircase decorations were either not provided at all , incomplete or finished much later where they were completely useless . Overall, working with EA Floral Boutique was an extremely unprofessional and stressful experience that completely detracted from the joy of our wedding day. We would not recommend them to any couple planning their special event.

    EA Floral Boutique are truly the best in their business. They work with you to understand your needs, wants, preferences, likes, dislikes and your budget. Based all of your required criteria they come up with the best plan for you, everything is custom for your event specifically. They are patient and thoughtful in their recommendations and extremely professional. The flower centerpieces, ceremony decorations, bridal bouquet were amazingly tasteful and gorgeous, we received so many compliments, the service exceeded my expectations in everyway. I feel like I got lots of top quality flowers for my money and my bridal bouquet lasted for weeks after the wedding. I highly recommend EA Floral Boutique for any of your occasions and all your floral needs!
