Honey Flora is a Burlington-based wedding floral design studio with a mission to redefine floral design through creativity, sustainability, and community. We focus on creating luxury, modern wedding flowers with locally and seasonally available flowers.

Honey Flora began out of a desire to see more seasonally inspired yet modern floral designs incorporated into weddings in the Northeast. Maya found floral design through years spent on organic farms around the country. Maya grows many of the flowers you see in her designs in her tiny, but mighty backyard garden.

Maya was incredible from start to finish. She was extremely prepared and organized during all of our pre-wedding meetings. She completely understood the vision for my December winter wedding in Vermont. Her flowers were absolutely stunning. We had a hanging instillation that brought the entire room together. We are so so grateful and highly recommend her!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Maya for our wedding in September 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, she was incredibly accommodating, always making time for meetings whenever we needed to discuss details or get her expert input. She took the time to really understand our vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. The flowers on our big day were absolutely stunning—everything was exactly as we had imagined, if not better! Working with Maya at Honey Flora was an exceptional experience. Her arrangements were gorgeous and seemed to fit the couple perfectly. She was organized and orderly, getting both the wedding and reception venues looking beautiful with time to spare. Her designs made for fantastic photographs and made documenting the day a breeze. Honey Flora went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They managed to match our mountain theme perfectly, creating a scenic display of flora that was utterly breathtaking. But what stood out the most was the joy it brought to my wife. Seeing her eyes light up at the sight of the flowers was a moment I'll treasure forever. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone in need of a wedding florist.
