Hi, I'm Daniel! I'm a Chicago-based artist and photographer. I love sharing stories of love, almost as much as I love creating art - that's why I do my best to merge the two in each story I tell. While I call Chicago my home these days, I am *more* than willing to travel to your neck of the woods - just ask!

You might notice that my work is a bit.. different than other wedding photography. I do my best to create a deep feeling of reminiscence when you look at these images. A sense of place and time and emotion. I hope they make you cry.

    Daniel is a masterclass. The worst thing about weddings is how quickly they pass, and the day slips away. Daniel captured the quiet spaces that I didn't have time to take in. His artistic eye allowed me to enjoy the day and relive it whenever I want. He utilizes space so well and works with such confidence that you can truly enjoy the day for yourself. Please don't think on this too long, book him.

    From the moment we first spoke with Daniel, we knew he would be the perfect photographer for our wedding day.     Daniel was soooo kind and thoughtful in the planning process. He met us the day before for our rehearsal dinner/vow exchange and we got these stunning photos by the lake. I’m so awkward in front of a camera but he managed give clear queues to relax us and got adventurous with some shots. On the day of our wedding, he navigated the many moving parts really well, captured the ceremony perfectly, and got great shots during the party. The sneak peek photos were great and I’m grateful he could turn them around so quickly. Overall, a great experience, a delight to work with. He’s got great packages and would hire him again!
