“Julie was such a pleasure to work with as our Custom Design Blueprint Designer, funny story actually we were about to be paired up with someone else and Julie sent a message explaining her background and how it fit PERFECTLY with what we were looking for for our wedding! Julie was super attentive and completely understood exactly our vision for our wedding day and I feel like we were only 5 minutes into our meeting! She is super responsive and has a great eye for detail, we wouldn't have had a complete wedding vision without her. She had a quick turn around with a pinterest board and when we went through it together I was gasping the whole time!! I couldn't breathe!!! hehehe 10/10 and i can't wait to get married, thank you Mostest! From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. “For everyone who thinks they don’t need a wedding planner. You do. You do and you specifically need Stephanie. If everyone had a Stephanie, there would be no wedding disasters, no war, and no famine. Stephanie is the best. She helped us look through contracts with vendors, talked us through conversations with catering (which is how we met her), and ran our wedding day seamlessly. Stephanie really knows this business. She helped us manage our budget, she set expectations and timelines, and was super responsive with emails and questions. She also was respectful and inclusive to us with all our identities, as a gay couple and a Jewish/Italian couple. The wedding industry often assumes a lot of things but Stephanie is so kind and goes out of her way to make sure she never does. Beyond that, I think it’s important to highlight what a wedding planner does the day of. She makes sure all the tables are set up so you don’t have to. She makes sure your vendors arrive on time. She made sure our photos and our flowers were set up. I cannot emphasize enough how much you will not want to be doing your own table arrangements when you’re trying to pull off the biggest party you’ve ever thrown. She also came a few days early and picked up ALL of the items for the wedding in her mini-van. Then she packed them up at the end of the night and delivered them a few days after the wedding?? That ALONE is the best. I assumed my wife, our families, and I would be packing things up that night but she gave us a magical day where we didn’t have to worry about anything. She’s also incredibly smart and thorough and NEVER complains. We had books as our centerpieces and realized later that the idea of books was going to be HEAVY. She never told us we were nuts but she actually said she liked it because we did things that were true to us. She has more energy than anyone I’ve ever met and her and her day-of assistant, Caitlin, were the best. Seriously, Stephanie is, as my wife says, a magical human being. Don’t plan a wedding without her.”

We went with The Bud package (30 days of planning). My main concern was coordinating and communicating with vendors the last 30 days and all of the day of coordination. I am a project manager so I thought I had everything set, but she was so helpful in highlighting the little things that we had forgotten to plan or think through, such as when do we want to have our first dance and parent dances, or how much to tip each vendor. Being able to rely on someone with industry knowledge alleviated a lot my stress. The detailed timeline she created was wonderful for our vendors and I didn't have to communicate with anyone. This allowed me to fully enjoy the day. Pauline and Priscilla's detailed work and smooth set-up ensured our reception space looked beautifully curated, with a perfect blend of DIY and venue-provided elements. Pauline even stayed an extra hour to carefully disassemble all the DIY items. Additionally, they made sure my husband and I had a private moment during cocktail hour to enjoy a sample of our hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails - a thoughtful touch that provided a much-needed breather on our busy wedding day. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. “Rojin was our “Wedding Day Coordinator” on April 2022. We absolutely can’t imagine our wedding day without her! She managed a major issue which had the potential to turn into a crisis. For some reason, our sound system was acting up, and our DJ couldn’t figure out the problem. She reacted to the incident very calmly and managed to find the standby technician quickly while we were just looking at each other trying to understand what had happened. And our guests responded to this very positively and it was like they were really enjoying themselves by singing and dancing while the issue was getting fixed. Without her, this two-minute incident could’ve ruin our night, but instead, now we have a beautiful memory of an issue that was outside of our control. Throughout that night, she was always there for us, by her attention to details. She was noticing small imperfections in Bride’s wedding dress while the Bride was dancing. She was fixing all those imperfections that she noticed on the fly. We didn’t even notice everything that she did, not till six months later when we were watching our wedding movie. “Alicia and Deric met and exceeded any and all of our expectations in relation to our wedding day. We had a bit of a unique circumstance and ended up hiring the duo about two months before our wedding. We previously had a very poor experience with another wedding planner whom we had to terminate our contract with. Alicia handled our day-of coordination with ease and professionalism. We had about one call per week starting 7 weeks before our wedding and Alicia handled every last detail that I would have forgotten about. The day of the wedding, Alicia was present with me (bride) throughout the morning and made sure everything was on schedule and in order. She managed and communicated with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. She had previously made a very detailed Day-Of Itinerary that we followed and additionally made a separate itinerary for our families to follow. Deric ensured everything at the venue was set up properly and ready for our reception to begin. Alicia and Deric continuously checked in on my husband and I, in addition to my family, which I thought was an incredibly thoughtful touch. My only regret is not hiring them sooner for full planning. “Where do we begin? From the moment Camille offered her expertise to us, we knew we would be all good on our wedding day. Her vast experience in the event planning and coordinating space — she has worked as a caterer, day-of coordinator, full blown event planner — was evident from the first time meeting. Camille's attention to detail is a credit to her organization skills and depth of knowledge related to event and wedding planning. We did most of our planning ahead of time and brought Camille in to be our day-of coordinator. About two months before our wedding, we met with Camille and shared as many of our wedding details we had available and within a day, Camille had created an extremely detailed timeline for the entire weekend. Any element of the timeline that she did not have yet was highlighted red so we could figure out what information we needed to provide. She regularly would check in with us to make sure we were working to get those missing elements, and actually took over responsibility gathering some of it for us. Her knowledge of event planning helped us plan out when to schedule our entrance, first dance, dinner service for a wedding of 275, and speech timing to ensure we got out on the dance floor with plenty of time to dance. She connected all of our vendors and sent regular updates to them to make sure everyone was on the same page. As our day-of wedding coordinator, Camille was present at our rehearsal the night before. When it was time to really get going, Camille took charge and commanded the rehearsal with confidence. She walked me and my husband through her rehearsal process, got us set to practice, took notes for the day, and just made us feel certain that everything was going to work out. On the day of the wedding, our first look was at noon. When rain entered the forecast for the day, Camille quickly located an alternative first look location and communicated the change of plans with our photographer and wedding party, who got us where we needed to be. When we arrived at the wedding & reception venue around 2 p.m., we anticipated needing to help finish setting up the space. Camille, with a small team of our family and friends, got the entire space set and ready before we arrived. That let us relax and enjoy some time with our bridal party before the ceremony began. Camille is real, honest, and will tell you the truth when you need to hear it. She listens to what you're wanting and hoping for on your wedding day, and does everything she can to make that vision happen. She sees and thinks details about the day that wouldn't cross most people's minds. I would recommend Camille and Cherry on Top Creative Planning to anyone who wants to feel certain that their wedding day will feel perfect. (It won't be perfect though, because perfect never happens!)”

“Alyson served as our day-of coordinator in August of 2024, but she got to work well ahead of our big day. She spent a generous amount of time understanding our vision, our preferences, and our non-negotiables. She was on site with us for venue walkthroughs and established communication with our vendors ahead of time. She also checked in with us regularly to make sure we were on track. She was a bona fide problem solver, including helping our DJ sort out access issues with our venue, ensuring our guests didn’t walk through our aisle before the ceremony, and running across the street at the eleventh hour to buy eyelash glue. She even helped us bustle the wedding dress between the ceremony and reception when we couldn’t figure it out. We are really grateful for everything she did and we highly recommend working with her for your special day.”
