    Bridget and Vanessa were absolute rockstars as my wedding coordinators! They were very organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. Vanessa was with me my entire wedding day and made sure I had everything I needed and was a very calming presence. I’d highly recommend this team!

    We were so glad that we worked with Bridget to help plan/coordinate our wedding! Bridget and her team were thoughtful and helpful throughout the process and on the day. We always felt better after talking to Bridget in our planning calls and she was a huge help in coordinating our vendors, giving us advice for the details of the day, and keeping us on track as we approached the wedding day. On the day Bridget was a huge help, decorated and struck our ceremony and reception space and took great care of our loved ones. Booking Bridget was the best money we spent on our wedding - we'd recommend her to anyone!

    Working with Bridget and her incredible team was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding this summer! From our earliest planning calls to watching her work magic on our wedding day, Bridget was attentive, detail-oriented, and eager to help us bring our vision for our wedding weekend to life. Her expertise in the wedding planning process is rivaled only by her quick wit and boundless enthusiasm. We felt so comfortable working with her from our very first meeting, and we are so grateful for the ways she made each element of our wedding day appear seamless. In planning our wedding from out-of-state, across multiple venues, and over one of Chicago’s busiest weekends of the year, we knew a coordinator with a keen eye for detail and thoughtful organizational skills would be a priority; how lucky we are to have gotten a coordinator, a collaborator, and a companion all in one!     We hired Bridget as our wedding coordinator, and we could not recommend her more highly! Ever the professional, she made the final months of wedding planning smooth and easy. Any fear or worry we threw at her before wedding day was immediately wiped away with her wealth of experience and knowledge. While wedding planning is a huge undertaking, she made every step feel like a breeze and her easy-going style calmed our anxieties with every conversation. She worked amazingly with all of our vendors and created a day-of timeline that helped us think through every small, but important, detail. Her efforts on the day of the wedding were absolutely invaluable. Any last-minute ask or panicked request we came to her with had already been thought through or completely handled. Her coordination and problem-solving style is both direct and reassuring. She was also doing a lot behind the scenes that we didn’t even know about until later – like communicating to-dos with our wedding party, instead of the grooms, to keep us out of the weeds and enjoying the day. At the wedding itself, we were able to relax and relinquish all logistical concerns knowing Bridget had it entirely under control. Bridget made our day unbelievably perfect.
