How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. If I have the date available and we're the perfect match, I can book on short notice!

Question 2

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

For weddings, I never shoot alone! Having two photographers gives you the benefit of different angles, perspectives, and the ability to capture more of those priceless moments.

Question 3

Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Of course! That's where a lot of the magic happens. All final images will be edited for color, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.

Question 4

Do you also offer video services?

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. However, I have some amazing videographers that I work with all the time that I would love to recommend to you.

Question 5

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect a minimum of about 80 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

Question 7

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

In my of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

Question 8

What is required to book my wedding?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and a 20% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date. Once the retainer has been paid to reserve a date, it is non-refundable upon cancellation of your event. Your paid reservation prevents me from booking anyone else on that date.
