If you only need specific elements from our full planning package but need the full day-of-management package, we are happy to accommodate your request. We absolutely loved having Lisa as our coordinator! She is perfection from preparations to the big day. Lisa is super knowledgeable of the industry and was able to give us great advice each step of the way. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and everyone was well informed of our timeline and any special touches that we wanted to include in our ceremony and reception. Her thoughtfulness and attention was exceptional as she collaborated with us to make our day a reflection of our wishes and vision. Our day was so memorable for us and Lisa was a big part of that. We are so blessed to have met Lisa and A Pinto Affair for our special day. YES! We re a small boutique style company and that guarantees you that you will get me to be there on your wedding day.

YES! Our goal is to ensure that you and your wedding get as much assistance and attention that is needed. We only take one wedding per weekend, and depending on the level of service, sometimes will only take one wedding every two weeks.

This is a great question, as more and more venues are offering day of coordinators and decor in their rental pricing. First, make sure you know exactly what the coordinator will be doing, most venue coordinators, are there to manage the venue end and are not there for you and your personal needs. Also be sure to confirm that the venue has enough of each decor item that are planning on using.You do not want to get to days before your wedding to find out that they only have 8 of a particular item and you need 9.

Our bridal concierge service is the perfect fit for anyone looking for an extra pair of hands on their wedding day. Our concierge arrives early in the morning with your Starbucks order and pastries, they will also have the perfect play list to,get the party started, and that is just the beginning of what they can do for you and your squad! Mimosas, lunch, are all included. They re there to ensure that your needs are covered from having all the detail items for your photographer ready to having the bridal suite tidy and nothing is left behind. The bridal concierge also travels with the most extensive emergency kit, for those ugh oh moments.
