So very thankful we found Stephanie for my daughter’s wedding! We hired her as a month of coordinator but she did so much more. Besides creating a timeline and coordinating with all the vendors, she did all of the decor! With her vast array of rentals ( candles, table numbers, guest table assignment mirrors and more), she created the exact look we were wanting. I highly recommend Stephanie at Astonishing Events for all your wedding planning needs!

As a corporate event planner myself, my expectations for a wedding coordinator was high, and Astonishing Events exceeded them! Our wedding was on 10/24/25, at Tampa Bay Watch in St. Petersburg, FL, and I was a DIY bride who brought 95% of my own décor and even created my own timeline. My only regret is not hiring Stephanie as a month-of coordinator instead of day-of! You NEED Stephanie to run your wedding. She and her team worked tirelessly on every detail, from heavy setup and takedown to the tiniest finishing touches. She brought my dream wedding vision to life flawlessly. She has a big rental catalog, which is amazing! I rented several items (like table numbers) from her at a lower cost than making them myself - and it saved me the hassle of transporting even more décor to and from the venue. Stephanie is a total boss - professional, calm, and genuinely invested in your wedding’s success. I can’t recommend Astonishing Events enough. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our day everything I dreamed of and more!

Everything was perfect. Did not have to worry about anything, Stephanie and her staff was on it! She did all of the decor from tables, flowers, chairs, altar and lighting. Bottom to top- then tore it all down after a couple of days so my family could enjoy the rest of our stay with tables and lighting. 5 Stars- phenomenal staff and decor!
