    Katy and her entire team at Coastal Coordinating are absolutely top notch! They handled every aspect of my daughter's wedding from start to finish with the utmost care and professionalism. We had a 3-day event with a small church wedding, a larger welcome party and an even larger wedding for over 250. They coordinated every detail from recommending vendors, reviewing contracts, mailing invitations, tracking RSVPs and even putting the welcome gift bags together for our out-of-town guests. Throughout each event Katy and her team constantly checked on all of us to see if we needed anything. I am going to miss our calls and working together!

    My husband and I used coastal coordinating for our wedding and overall had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with Melanie who was a dream to work with! Starting 60 days out she reached out and was on top of it with communicating with vendors and thinking of all the small things I would have forgotten; she was also willing to give my guidance on design aspects of the wedding which I really appreciated. Melanie had a positive attitude and provided the perfect amount of structure I needed for the big day. She was so attentive to my husband and I and our families making the night unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    Katy and her team were absolutely amazing. I can't imagine planning and executing my wedding without them. Every detail was taken care of, and the timeline was extremely thorough and followed perfectly. Katy and her team were incredibly attentive, not only to me and my husband but also to our parents, extended family, wedding party, guests, and vendors. During my year of wedding planning, I was extremely busy living out of town while in medical school and studying for my boards, which I had to take just a week before my wedding. Despite my packed schedule, Katy was able to relieve a lot of my stress with frequent meetings where we planned out every detail. It was invaluable to have her insights throughout the process — I truly could not have done it without her.
