At Detailed Dreams, our mission is to create a truly elevated luxury experience for your wedding day. We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful, which is why we strive to take the burden off of our clients and let them enjoy all the moments leading up to their big day. Our team is warmly run by Kayla and Kyla, and we have been in the events industry for over 8 years stemming from running a catering company that serviced hundreds of events and weddings each year. Taking our knowledge of all things wedding and logistics adding our keen eye for design, we are qualified to ensure a beautiful and seamless event from start to finish.

With our years of experience, our team has mastered our skills and developed a top vendor list to ensure that our clients have access to the best resources available. We believe that incorporating our clients' unique personalities and elevating design is essential to creating a memorable wedding day. That's why we take the time to get to know each couple and understand their individual style, taste and vision for their special day.

From florals, rentals, lighting, photography, invitations, entertainment. We will bring your ideas to fruition.	MONTH+ of Coordination. This for our couples that wish to take on the fun tasks of wedding planning but wish to have someone execute for them so they can enjoy their big day with zero stress with friends and family around.

I cannot recommend Kayla and Detailed Dreams enough. It was a destination wedding for us and we had a last minute issue with my father in law not being able to attend, Kayla graciously offered a solution which made the whole day even more special. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to and we have Kayla to thank for that! She was organized, communicative, and incredibly kind. If you want a planner who is fiercely protective of your experience and can handle anything thrown their way, 10/10 would recommend to any couple! Kayla will help you put together a dream team, execute the best day of your life and allow you to relax & enjoy every moment!

I genuinely wish I could put more than 5 stars to accurately describe how I feel about Detailed Dreams!! They are THE BEST! As someone who was very skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator but knew I needed the help, I can confidently say hiring DD was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. Kayla is incredibly kind, so so knowledgeable, and flexible; having her on your team is truly like having a superhero. I wholeheartedly believe there is no one better to have on your side! I'm so grateful to Kayla and her team for helping me have my dream day, and I would recommend them to anyone who would listen!!!

Hiring Detailed Dreams for our wedding planning team was hands down the best decision we made. From start to finish, they were organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we dreamed of — and more. They handled every detail (big and small) with care and intention, so we could fully enjoy the experience without stress. On the day of, everything ran flawlessly — and if anything went wrong, we never even knew about it! Their creativity, professionalism, and warmth made the entire process not only smooth, but actually fun. Kyla was BEYOND amazing to work with! From the very beginning she took the time to understand my vision and she helped it come alive. She answered every text, every question, and gave me amazing recommendations along the way (florist and dj- the best!). I felt so supported and at ease during the entire process. Fast forward to the big day, she took care of EVERYTHING! The day was utter perfection. I can't thank Kyla and the team at Detailed Dreams enough! They truly made my wedding day, the BEST DAY EVER!
