Edgewood Events, LLC, is owned and operated by Sara, Sr. Event Coordinator and Décor Designer. Sara has had experience coordinating over 150 weddings and numerous events including showers, benefits, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties. She has spent most of her time working within the industry gaining experience and learning numerous aspects of events. Sara started Edgewood Events with the intent to not only bring joy and memorable events to her clients, but to also provide affordable services for your event. Allow us to be multiple vendors in one or customize to the needs of your event.
Edgewood Events can be your place for 3 VENDORS IN 1 or whichever service fits you best! Whether you are looking for Wedding Coordination, Decor Design and or Floral Service, we are ready to make your vision a reality. Our overall goal is to provide efficient services to our clients with a stress-free and most of all memorable time!

The Perfect Florals
I used Edgewood Events for our wedding florals and she truly blew me away. My flowers were one of my favorite decor pieces from the day. Sara was so easy to work with and I felt truly went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for picturesque florals.

From the moment we started working with Edgewood Events, we knew we were in good hands. Sara and her team are so kind and thoughtful. She always put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were incredibly efficient, organized, and seemed to anticipate our every need! Sara made sure that all of our visions came to life while helping us navigate our small venue space, and whenever anything went wrong, she was there with reassurance and a solution. She brought us snacks and drinks, gave us hugs and pats on the back, and even went so far as to retrieve a memento that had been thrown away. We always felt like Sara was there for us to help guide our planning and execute our dream wedding. We couldn't have done it without her! Edgewood Events truly exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day!

Sara was amazing to work with! I shared a few inspiration photos, and she brought my floral vision to life perfectly — even accommodating a few last-minute changes without hesitation. I truly felt like she cared about making sure everything was exactly how I wanted. My flowers were absolutely stunning, and I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and creativity.

Sara and her team at Edgewood were one of the best choices I made for our wedding. She made sure my day went off without a single issue, and her expertise let me truly enjoy the day as the bride. She excels in communication, professionalism, and organization. Decor set up/tear down, florals, rehearsal coordination, and wedding day coordination - she handled it all.
