Hi, I'm Abigail! I'm a wedding coordinator, your personal hype woman, and detail-obsessed organizer all in one. I love helping couples bring their vision to life while keeping the day calm, joyful, and completely stress free. I'm a girls' girl at heart, so I understand the excitement, nerves, and all the little moments that make a wedding unforgettable. My job is to handle the logistics, timeline, and behind-the-scenes magic so you can focus on the love, laughter, and celebration. When I'm not planning weddings, I'm a busy on the go wife and mom- probably at Target, Starbucks or a hiking trail- enjoying all of life's little moments!

Abigail Made Our Day Perfect
Hiring Abigail was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is truly exceptional. From the moment the day began, she handled every detail with such ease and professionalism that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Abigail kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, made sure everyone was ready when they needed to be, and transformed our venue beautifully with our décor. She went above and beyond—from helping coordinate photos, to fluffing my dress and veil to get the perfect shots, to cutting our cake, and even capturing our final private dance on video. Every little touch mattered, and she didn’t miss a single one. Our wedding day was seamless because of her. I cannot imagine the day without Abigail’s support, calm energy, and incredible eye for detail. If you’re considering hiring her, do it. She is an absolute gift and made our wedding truly unforgettable.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. From start to finish, Abigail was so kind, attentive, and always made us feel supported. Her warm personality and calm presence helped ease any stress we had during the planning process. One of the things we appreciated most was how she kept us on schedule without feeling rushed. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing she had everything under control. But what truly blow us away was her quick thinking during dinner. I accidentally got BBQ sauce all over my dress, and without hesitation, she came back with a Tide pen and chalk to help lift the stain. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that saved the moment and kept me smiling. Our guest are still talking about how beautiful the event was, and we owe it all to Abigail. Our wedding party also couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful she was. For her dedication and expertise and overall just a kind soul.
