Hi! My name is Gerad and I'm a wedding coordinator who lives in Austin, TX. A theatre kid at heart; events are in my blood. I’m organized, driven and like to ensure my events run perfectly. (I get it from my mama.)

Description

Full Service Coordination is available for couples who would like me to take the reins of their planning process and play a prominent role helping them to hire vendors.

Month-Of Coordination (or 'Partial Planning') services are a great fit for couples who either don't know where to begin or couples who began... but want to enlist some backup! Either way, this package is for those who want an experienced confidant supervising and guiding their actions through the planning process to help ensure a low stress wedding day!

Day-Of Assistant services best match couples who are handling most of the planning process on their own (including: timeline, diagram, all event logistics, etc.) but want someone with experience to be available for guidance, to help get them down the aisle and to serve as the day-of contact to direct vendors / answer their questions.

    Gerad is incomparable, he perfectly created and coordinated our wedding. He is what every event coordinator wishes they were. We worked with Gerad for our January 2026 wedding and could not have asked for a better person to bring our day to life. Gerad’s passion and enthusiasm are unmatched. Gerad plans events out of a genuine love and care for creating special celebrations. The care for every couple he works with, and every unique idea/detail, is apparent from the start and only increased as we fleshed out more details. Combined with the know-how/experience to bring those ideas to life, Gerad is uniquely capable to coordinate special moments. On top of vision and passion, Gerad is flawlessly on top of all details. An appreciated level of “keeping you informed, but I’m handling it” to reduce mental load on couples while reassuring them that nothing has been forgotten. Gerad provided us with a planning checklist/timeline that laid out all considerations to plan for and when they should be completed. After establishing basics, Gerad put together a beautiful vision board which solidified how our event would come together. After setting this direction, Gerad provided knowledge and consultation about details. Though our day was our own design and ideas, Gerad was excellent at informing decisions, advising us about his opinions, and stepping in to lead conversations and conceptualize details. All while ensuring that everything felt genuine to us. Gerad has seen right and wrong ways to do things; he will contribute incredible ideas that elevate your event, will steer you away from any possible mistakes/bad ideas, and knows when things feel right. Gerad builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors, his preferred list ensures a quality guarantee and people to work with who share Gerad’s level of passion. Gerad’s high bar for performance absolutely extends to anyone he recommends, which made our vendor choices with him stress-free. Every suggestion he made fit us so well. We couldn’t be happier with Gerad’s organization of vendors. Gerad’s day-of coordination is flawless. We jointly built a detailed timeline of the day which Gerad and his team then implemented while also naturally handling unexpected changes, ensuring that every detail was attended to. The winter storm over our weekend involved a massive amount of extra effort which Gerad handled, on top of normal planning for the day. A constantly-changing forecast meant he had to make many contingency plans for uncontrollable factors. A huge amount of extra effort and communication went into checking if all involved with our wedding could execute safely, and changes were made even during the event. Throughout, Gerad assured us that the show would go on matching our comfort level, with every detail still accounted for. Once our wedding started, Gerad kept everything running beautifully, smoothing over the few hiccups that arose. His management of people (directing participants on how to perform their tasks) and details was stellar and thorough. We couldn't have executed without him, his graceful directing meant that we only had to think about enjoying the night. We wholeheartedly recommend Gerad as THE wedding coordinator to work with in Austin. While there are many choices in the city, I honestly do not think anyone else can do a better job than Gerad. We were incredibly lucky to find Gerad and are so appreciative of his work to make our wedding successful and unforgettable.

    I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gerad. I approached him with 37 days to plan a wedding and he knocked it out of the park. He was full of ideas, resources, energy, and kindness. When the big day arrived, Gerad was on top of everything, allowing us to enjoy the occasion stress free. I can’t thank him enough for such a special gift. He is my first call for all future events.
