Based on the tasks you would like done, we do personalized packages for each client.

Sweetest decorator ever
Hansen Weddings and Events were amazing to work with from start to finish. Their communication was incredibly speedy and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of their work was truly a 10/10 - everything was put together beautifully and they made sure our special day was perfect. I had no idea what to do with decorating, but they provided consultations and helped us through the entire planning process and on the day of the wedding. We are so grateful for their expertise and dedication in making our wedding day exactly what we dreamed of.
Sun, sleet, & rainbow - Lily was ready for it all!
I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!

On the day of the wedding, they were punctual, hard-working, and ensured everything looked absolutely beautiful. The team made sure every detail was placed perfectly, and they even helped with all of the decor setup.
