Samantha was truly such a crucial part of our wedding weekend in Bear Lake. She pours so much of herself into her work, and it does not go unnoticed. She managed to run a structured, organized day-of timeline and full-service workflow with both grace and flexibility, which gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. She never came to me with “problems”—only thoughtful options for how to move forward—and that made all the difference. She and her staff arranged a stunning grazing table for our cocktail hour and it was beautifully presented. She even sourced fresh, local sun-dried tomatoes, a small but telling example of her care, attention to detail, and elevated thoughtful taste. Beyond her professionalism, she was always kind, pleasant, and an overall joy to work with as a full service planner. Samantha not only held my vision confidently in her mind’s eye, she brought it to life more beautifully than I could have imagined. I’ll truly miss working with her. Highly, highly recommend.

We entrusted Samantha and her team for our wedding and could not be happier. Her attention to detail, aesthetics, and timeliness made our special day absolutely perfect. She walked us through the process, handled our emotional ups and downs like a pro, and provided us with everything we needed. After seeing her work ethic and style during the wedding planning process, we decided to use her for our floral services as well. The price was very fair and the quality was exceptional. My husband and I have very strong personalities, which she navigated extremely well; allowing us to feel both in charge while being directed. I would recommend Nix Events again in the future without hesitation. The quality of work for the cost could not be beat.
