Red Canyon Events is wonderful
Red Canyon Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, their communication style was comforting, effective, and showcased their capability to handle any situation. Throughout the planning process, they took the time to get to know us as a couple and crafted a truly unique and creative wedding day that reflected our personalities. When a torrential downpour forced us to quickly reformat a large portion of the outdoor ceremony, Red Canyon stepped in seamlessly and ensured my husband and I didn't have to stress at all. Their detailed planning and execution allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. We are incredibly grateful to the Red Canyon team for making our wedding dreams a reality.
Grateful for Ruby’s Care and Coordination
Ruby wasn’t just our coordinator—she truly felt like part of our wedding story. By the time she stepped in, we were juggling a million little details, and she immediately brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t even realize I needed. From the very first conversation, Ruby made me feel like she genuinely cared about us—not just the event. She remembered the small things that mattered to me, like the way I wanted my ceremony and the reception to flow, and made sure they happened exactly as I imagined. On the wedding day, I kept waiting for something to go wrong, but Ruby and Erika were already two steps ahead of everything. Erika even had to watch my flower girl during the ceremony because she was throwing a tantrum. Because of that, I got to be fully present, soaking in every moment, because they were quietly handling it all behind the scenes. My family and friends kept telling me how seamless everything felt, and I know that’s because Ruby and Erika were orchestrating it with such grace. I’ll never forget the peace of mind Ruby gave me in those final weeks and on the day itself. Ruby didn’t just coordinate our wedding—she gave us the gift of being able to enjoy it without worry. I’m so grateful for her and Erika and would recommend her to anyone who wants their day to feel effortless and full of joy.

Booking with Red Canyon Events was the best wedding decision we made!! We were hesitant to hire a day of coordinator and thought we could do it all on our own. I reached out to my photographer and they highly recommended reaching out to Ruby. This was with only one month until our wedding and she jumped in and got us right on track. The entire process with Red Canyon was easy, detailed, and well thought out. There definitely was a lot of stress removed from our plate on the day of the wedding. They literally took care of everything and were so professional. I would recommend them to ANYONE who is planning a wedding, they are hands down the best!

Ruby and Nicole were the absolute best. Ruby kept things on track and smooth during wedding planning. She asked us questions we hadn't even thought about, helped us craft a perfect tent design, coordinated with other vendors, and she was always quick to respond to all of my random questions. But where Ruby and Nicole really knocked it out of the park was on our wedding day. They did everything from setting up tables beautifully, pinning groomsmen's boutonnieres, acting as an amazing MC, and keeping the timeline moving without making anything feel too structured. Our wedding day felt so organic and effortless, but the truth is that's all because of Ruby's and Nicole's hard work. A lot of Red Canyon's reviews say this, but I feel the same -- hiring Red Canyon was the best investment for our wedding day, and it will be for yours, too!
