We booked JM Events Co. for our 11/21/25 wedding. We got the Gold package. And we can not express enough how happy we were with them! From the time our package started and all the way through the night of the wedding. These two answered all questions, helped navigate vendor coordination, and helped planning and creating timelines. We also ended up using them for tablecloth rentals and florals. I was extremely happy with my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets, they came out just like my Pinterest inspo pictures. And same with all the decor. They setup and took down all the decor. But everything was handed with care and setup perfectly. They did such an amazing job and I can’t recommend them enough!! And they are soo sweet and nice and such professionals!

MKayla and Jordan are SO sweet! We had them do partial planning/coordination they made sure everything the day of ran smoothly. MKayla always checked in to make sure I was doing ok and handles everything that comes her way. If something went wrong… We had no idea!! The day was truly perfect thanks to J&M

J M Event Co. are truly the best duo! Mkayla and Jordan are absolute dolls—so organized, on time, and incredibly prepared. They catered to every detail of the wedding day, which allowed my husband and me to be fully creative with our photo and video work. Having wedding planners is key to a smooth day, but having great wedding planners like J M Event Co. is the best thing you can do to truly enjoy your day! We absolutely hope to work with them again soon.

There are not enough stars available to describe how AMAZING MKayla and Jordan both are. As a venue owner it is incredibly hard to feel confident leaving the venue in someone else's hands, but never once did I have to worry about that with JM! From the moment we met, MKayla was ON IT. She was my first point of contact and met a group of vendors out at the venue for a site visit; she was punctual, informed, kind, and so extremely organized. She took our contract and site prefs so serious as if she were working in her own space and that carried over onto the day of as well. I can truly say NO ONE has ever taken such good care of our facility and our property like JM. From a client point of view, Jordan and MKayla both made sure they met every and all requests of the bride, groom and family. They executed beyond anyone's expectations and stayed on task, on time and on the ball. For a wedding with so many moving parts it was by far our smoothest large wedding in the history of our venue. Every time I turned around MKayla and Jordan both were helping, evaluating, executing new plans when needed and checking on the bride and groom - how could you possibly ask for better!!! Not only are we going to be honored to recommend JM moving forward but we are moving them straight to the top of our preferred vendor list! We are a team of TWO coordinators for the price of ONE. J+M stands for Jordan and MKayla, and we both coordinate together. When you book us, both of us attend consultations, rehearsal, and the wedding day itself. We also have a small team we bring along for large weddings when extra hands are needed, at no additional cost to the client.

We sure do! We are available for all types of events large and small, and often plan small parties throughout the week between weddings. All of our coordinating packages include rehearsal prior to the wedding day at no additional charge.

We do not coordinate multiple weddings in the same day or weekend, as our clients need our full attention during that time. We do however book multiple floral or decor orders on the same day or weekend when we do not have a coordination package booked.

You will have access to us consistently during the months allotted in the package you book. Generally during the months leading up to the wedding, the majority of our work happens behind the scenes, contacting vendors, creating the timelines, and finalizing details. During the week or month of the wedding, you will begin to see us more in person. However, we are happy to be as personal as you prefer, and often go to tastings, walk-throughs, and consultations with our clients during the months booked on their package. You will see us for the majority of the wedding day and rehearsal of course, as we stay on site to coordinate the entire event.

We have been working in the wedding industry for about 6 years, and have worked with people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Our priority when coordinating a wedding is to keep everything running smoothly and stress-free for our clients. When you book us, you wont have to worry about any loose ends or forgotten details, and can sit back and enjoy your wedding day! We adopt your perfect vision for your day, and make it a reality in whatever capacity you need. Our specialty is that we are a team of TWO coordinators allowing us to cover more ground and be more thorough than most other coordinators.
