With experience working at a venue and hitting over 100 weddings, Mary Anna has used her knowledge to create beautiful wedding experiences. The plus side is you get Mary Anna's full attention as there is a limited amount of weddings she takes on a year to best take care of her clients. Also, you do not get her for just the day or month before- you have unlimited communication. Mary Anna knows there is a lot that goes into wedding planning and wants you to know that she there with any advice or recommendations you may need. | Description | I have a Month of Coordination package that starts at $1500 for 2026 weddings and $1600 for 2027 weddings. I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me if they need more than a month. All packages include: Access to my décor closet, Vendor Management and Recommendations, Timeline Creation, Cake Cutting, Assistance with set up and clean up, Unlimited Communication, and Rehearsal Practice Assistance. | My Day of Coordination starts at $1050 for 2026 weddings with 2027 starting at $1150 I can also create a custom package to fit how involved a couple wants me in their planning process. Amazing Wedding Planner!
We absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about Mary Anna! She was on top of everything from start to finish and made our wedding day run seamlessly. Anytime there was even the smallest blip, she immediately stepped in to handle it before it ever became an issue. Her organization, calm energy, and incredible attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our day. We never had to worry about a thing because she truly had it all under control. She was also wonderful about checking in and remembering the small but important details needed on the day of. Her reminders helped me stay organized and stress-free. If you want a smooth, worry-free wedding day, Mary Anna is absolutely the person you want by your side!

From the very beginning, their communication style was very calm and reassuring, which helped ease my anxiety in the stressful week leading up to the wedding. They were extremely efficient and detailed in their work, creating a timeline that my fiancé and I loved. HERE IS WHY YOU WANT MARY ANNA JAMBON AS YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) From several meetings on Zoom, emails, & texts to discussing details & answering questions. An entire closet full of materials you can borrow to use for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, a 15 hour day of supervision where every detail was anticipated Our wedding day timeline was seamlessly orchestrated by Mary Anna. A warm, caring, efficient professional with years of experience with tried & true suggestions. She loves weddings & wants yours to be perfect! Highly recommended!

Working with Married by Mary Anna was an absolute pleasure. Mary was always available to communicate with - even when she was at another wedding or on vacation, she had automatic emails that would let me know when she would be back. She helped me so much with wedding prep and day-of organization. For example, she arrived on site and helped me distribute boxes to the correct tables. She also helped keep me accountable for all the items I needed day-of, like my marriage certificate. Mary's attentiveness and expertise were invaluable in making our wedding day run smoothly.
