My role is to carry that weight for you — handling every detail so you can stay fully present in your own life and with the people you love, while still knowing everything is taken care of.

We hired Megan to help with our wedding and she went above and beyond. She was prepared and organized but didn’t make us feel stressed when we didn’t know an answer or fell off schedule. She also helped us manage personalities and Vendors throughout planning and the actual wedding. Everyone at our wedding loved the decor and personal details. She was a great add to our wedding day, would recommend to anyone.

Megan designed and coordinated our wedding, and thank goodness she did! Megan at North Star gave us the most incredible mountain-side engagement brunch at Fairy Lake near Bozeman, MT. She handled everything from decor, setup and breakdown, timing, and a ton of little details I never would’ve thought of. It honestly felt so effortless! The space she created was warm, inviting, and stunning in photos. Most importantly, Megan’s work and communication allowed us to relax and be fully present with our friends who were visiting town for the weekend. She also was super cool calm and collected when one of my friends locked their keys in their car, even helping us solve that slight hiccup in the day! If you’re looking for someone to design an intimate celebration that feels very “you” she is truly exceptional. If you’re considering North Star, book them!
