Reverie & Co Events is dedicated to crafting moments so thoughtfully designed, they feel like something you didn’t even know could exist. We care deeply not only about our couples’ experience, but also about the way every guest feels throughout the celebration. Our goal is for each person in attendance to feel as though they’ve been part of something truly extraordinary—a once-in-a-lifetime event that lingers in memory long after the last toast. From art to order, every detail of our planning process is intentionally designed to bring this vision to life. We are passionate about love stories. It's at the foundation of everything we do.
Design is one of our favorite parts of the planning process. We pull inspiration from everything - experiences we’ve had, feelings, magazines, music, textures, travel, colors, fabrics, tableware, and the small details of everyday life. Every element is thoughtfully curated so that the final design feels completely reflective of the couple. We prioritize accessibility and organization - our team ensures that emails are answered within 24 hours, all information is meticulously stored, and details can be accessed whenever.

Call them today before you do anything else
Niela and Olivia at Reverie & Co made sure our wedding was seamless, stress-free, and truly a day my husband and I could slow down and enjoy. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator—because frankly, I’m cheap—but when you’re investing so much into one day, you need someone organized, thorough, and assertive to execute your vision. This is a team of true professionals who go to bat for you in every way. They ask important questions you’d never think to ask, run point on the thousands of tiny demands that get thrown at a bride, and stay ten steps ahead of every potential issue. My only regret is not hiring them sooner in the planning process. I had the best wedding ever, and I can’t thank Reverie & Co enough for helping make that happen.

I can’t stress how incredible Niela is. This is the kind of planner that you want on your team. Not only is her work ethic impeccable, but she has an unmatched sense of style that helps elevate every event she is a part of. She also sees clients as people first, and always make sure their needs and devotions are taken care of.
Stop. Don’t Think. Hire Niela Immediately!
I found Niela through my makeup artist partway into the planning process. I originally planned on doing everything myself (Type B girly with Type A expectations), because every planner I looked into just wasn’t it. But my makeup artist raved about her, so I took a chance and called. To my surprise, she was still available for my September date — and after one conversation, I realized instantly how unrealistic it was to think I could truly handle all the details alone. She pointed out things I didn’t even know existed. I hired her right away, and thank GOD I did. From the second she stepped in, everything changed. She was hands-on, organized, and unbelievably attentive. The stress I’d been carrying for months vanished. All I had to do was fill out a few forms — and she took over in the best way possible. She communicated with every vendor (half the time without me even knowing — which was the biggest blessing). She scheduled meetings, followed up with everyone, was NEVER LATE ONCE, checked in with me often, and even had a meeting link right in her email signature so I could grab time on her calendar whenever — whether it was once a week or twice a day. She never made me feel dumb for asking anything, even when my ADHD brain was bouncing around. She even went above and beyond helping with parts of my shower and bachelorette — which she absolutely did NOT have to do. She turned the entire planning process into something exciting instead of exhausting. I said this to everyone who would listen: I would not have had that wedding without Niela. I had a ton of specific visions, random ideas, and things I wanted to be different, but I’m also… me. My mind does not slow down, and it’s hard for me to focus at times. I can be flaky, indecisive, and I’m very ‘vibes-based’ in my decision-making. But somehow, she managed it all. She grounded me, guided me, and made everything feel doable. And then came the wedding day. Niela is one of the cutest humans you will ever meet, but let me be VERY clear: do not let her sweet appearance fool you. She is a force. She was everywhere, all at once — redirecting vendors, solving problems before I even heard about them, making sure everyone was taken care of. She somehow managed to be firm, professional, and efficient while also being incredibly kind and thoughtful. That combination is RARE. I was genuinely sad thinking the wedding ending meant we wouldn’t talk anymore… but of course, she followed up after. We even had a dinner post-wedding where she asked me for feedback, wanting to improve — and weeks later, I still truly have nothing to suggest. Not a single thing. My husband and I had the most incredible day of our entire lives. We talk about it constantly and wish we could relive it every year. And we owe so much of that to Niela. Our wedding was extraordinary because of her. I don’t know how I got so lucky. I don’t know what I did to deserve her. I thank God every day that she was our planner. And to be completely honest now that it's all done: Niela is NOT priced correctly. I would have paid triple. There should be a line out the door of couples begging her to take their wedding. Niela — Moses and I love you. We will never forget you or the unbelievable gift you gave our family. You’re a shining star, truly gifted, and would excel in absolutely anything. Having you as our wedding planner was one of the greatest honors of our entire wedding journey.
