Hi, I’m Shannon! I started Shannon Fowler Events because I care deeply about how events run — not just how they look. After 11 years in the industry, I realized that the most successful weddings and events aren’t built on constant chaos behind the scenes. They’re built on clear plans, strong timelines, decisive leadership, and a team that knows exactly what to do. I bring a background in event planning, organization, and logistics, with a leadership style rooted in calm decision-making and preparation. I value structure, clarity, and doing things well — and I’ve built this business to reflect that.

Some clients want expert guidance while planning independently. Others want professional oversight, on-site leadership, or full-service support. I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years! I’ve planned it all- from corporate events and Christmas parties, non profit events, to 300 person weddings, I’ve done it all. My speciality is weddings and milestone celebrations, and that is what I’ve taught at the QC Event school where I served as a tutor for aspiring planners for over 3 years.

We focus on just you, for the whole weekend, so we can be focused and truly present.

Throughout the planning process, I am accessible during business hours via email or text whenever you need me! I know the week leading up to the wedding, you may need more contact than that, and I’m available 24/7 when you need me!

You’d be working directly with me throughout the lifetime of your event. The day of, I may have an assistant or two with me, depending on the size and scope of your event.
