I am a Spanish-speaking planner with a deep love for multicultural celebrations and ensuring that every family tradition is beautifully honored. Whether you are planning a local gala or a destination escape, I am here to make sure this season is one you can actually cherish. I believe your only job on your wedding day is to be present and soak in the love.

At Wild Fern Group, we believe you should be the priority instead of the point of contact. We specialize in a "fully-FERN-ished" approach where we manage everything from bar logistics and officiant services to the Ultimate Guest Experience. What truly makes us unique is our focus on your mental space. We use monthly success meetings to protect your peace of mind long before the wedding day arrives. We aren't just there to coordinate vendors, as we are there to curate an intentional experience that allows you and your guests to be fully immersed in the moment.

The earlier we connect, the better! Having more time together allows us to truly master your budget, priorities, and preferences. Ideally, we start at the 12-month mark with monthly meetings. For timelines longer than a year, we typically meet every other month until the one-year countdown begins. While we love having 12 to 24 months to curate your vision, we are flexible. If you are seeking full planning for a wedding of 100+ guests with less than 6 months to go and no vendors booked, we may discuss a rush fee or adding extra team members to ensure your experience remains seamless and high-quality.

Yes! In fact, many of my clients who begin with Day-of Coordination, or Partial Planning Packages, often upgrade to a higher level of support. It's a common occurrence for clients to realize they need more support than they initially accounted for.

On average, it takes about 400 hours to fully plan a wedding. Most of our couples do not have time for a second-full time job. We are here to help!

Yes! We travel wherever your love story takes us. To make international celebrations even smoother, we have team members fluent in Spanish to assist with local logistics and communication. Our planning rates stay the same for destination weddings. All we ask is that you cover airfare and accommodations for 1-2 nights before and after the event. This ensures we are onsite early to oversee every detail and provide a seamless experience from start to finish.

Our primary office is in Portland, Oregon. Our secondary office is in Bozeman, Montana. We will meet virtually for progress meetings allowing us to serve people like you, all over the world!
