Exposed brick walls, moody chandeliers, and a hidden speakeasy room offer character, while our clean layout and neutral palette provide a canvas for any vision—whether it’s modern, romantic, whimsical, or editorial. Our space is available for private events, photo and video productions, pop-ups, and workshops. With an in-house floral studio and a thoughtfully curated rental collection, we make it simple to create experiences that are both beautiful and seamless. You bring the vision—we provide the space. Please note: for weddings you must book at least 6 hours to include set up and break down! Please keep in mind that we had multiple add ons for you to shop from. Please note a 20% service charge will be added to your total and also tax.

    If I could give Emily 0 stars, I would. Emily Phelps now goes by Atelier Pasadena/Pasadena Wedding Planner. She made our planning and day of the wedding more stressful when her role was to make our process smooth and stress free. We hired her as a day of coordinator and should’ve seen the red flag after signing the contract, she lost our notes because “she was transferring to a new computer.” Our communication after that, it was always us following up with her, she said she welcomed questions and I felt like I was bothering her when it was her role to help. She sent over documents for us to input information and we always filled them all out in a timely manner, but she didn’t even spend time reviewing the changes and she would acknowledge the change, but when we met with her, she was still referring to the old information. We planned the wedding ourselves, picked our own vendors and all she had to do was execute the day of. When I followed up with her once, she said she was out of the country and said she told me, never did and I was asking for documents I’ve been asking about multiple time and she said she would send over over a month ago. I told her I don’t appreciate her lack of communication and she didn’t even apologize. When it got closer to the wedding, she told me to fill out the day of details document and it was completed over a week before the day of the wedding and she didn’t even look at it. We hired event services through her and I texted her the day before the wedding asking what time she would be coming and she texted me saying she didn’t hear anything from me and decided to come later. She never reached out to confirm the details with us or follow up, it’s not our role to check in with her and it’s been on the document. We filled it out over a week ago so the times we wanted event services to do to help with clean up couldn’t be changed a day before because of her…she did the bare minimum that day and when it got close to the end, she left and didn’t even tell us. I would never recommend her to anymore, unless you want additional stress. Very unprofessional and lacks communication. Our saving grace was our officiant who volunteered who also does event planning, if only we knew beforehand, we would’ve never hired Emily in the first place.

    Working with Emily at Atelier by Artmingo is an absolute dream! She brings creativity, warmth, and attention to detail to every step of the planning process. Her new studio showroom is stunning, full of inspiration and a perfect reflection of her romantic, artistic style. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will make your vision come to life (and make it better than you imagined!), Emily is the one. Highly recommend!

    Atelier made our wedding absolutely unforgettable! Our floral designs were breathtaking. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. Couldn’t recommend them more for any wedding or special event!
