The Villa is close to town for convenience of dining, supermarkets and supplies, and also secluded, backing up to 2000 untouched acres of mountain sunset views. Lauren, our day-of coordinator, was a total ROCKSTAR. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease the entire day — organized, calm, and truly everything you could ever want in a coordinator. Because of her, everything ran perfectly, and we were able to just soak it all in. A huge shoutout to Chef Austin — the food was phenomenal! Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was, from appetizers to dinner. Our banquet captain, Sierra, went above and beyond! She was so attentive, on top of every little detail, and even snapped some adorable behind-the-scenes photos and sent them to us afterward — so thoughtful and sweet! The rest of our staff — Aden, Patty, Lilly, Ava, and Jayln — were absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly and treated us and our guests with so much kindness and care. Our bartenders, Rachel and Julio, crushed it! The drinks were amazing, and everyone was having the best time thanks to them. And of course, the planning team — Angela, Mikayla, Katie, DJ, and Haley — thank you for making the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Every question was answered quickly, every detail handled with care. MSR was by far our dream venue. Not only are the views and property absolutely stunning, but Scena and Susanne were incredible to work with. Wedding planning is hard and stressful, there’s always something you didn’t think of, but, believe me, Scena already has and has already worked it out for you. A God send Our family and us had so much fun staying here as well. We loved being able to stay for 4 days, wind down with our close family after the wedding, and relive the moments together. It truly makes the weekend more special when you don’t have to pack up and get out the very next day. I could go on and on about how wonderful our weekend was. I highly recommend MSR and working with Scena and Susanne. It’s worth the trust me!

Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. My husband and I were engaged in October 2023 and began looking at wedding venues the month after. We then finalized our booking with Redwood Canyon in January 2024 to give ourselves ample time for planning and financing for our big day on May 26th, 2025. Since we live on the East Coast and majority of our families reside in the Bay Area, we wanted to find a venue that could provide an all-inclusive package and bring our vision to reality - and Redwood Canyon checked all of those boxes... even going above and beyond. We are very happy with the entire process that led up to our special day and the outcome of our wedding. *1 year prior to the wedding* They kept us updated with some of the renovations they were making at the time. When we wanted to do a physical tour in June 2024, they fitted us into the schedule and showed us the actual colors of table cloths, napkins, lighting, etc. *8 months prior to the wedding* The wedding team sent us an invitation to the Fall Wedding Extravaganza Fair for late October 2024. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but they accommodated us by including our friend couple residing in the Bay Area to take over our place. Our friend couple FaceTimed us during the entire event to make us feel like we were there! They commented how it was nice to try out all the food options they had in the package to know what foods the couple would like to finalize for their wedding day. They also enjoyed the fun activities the DJ curated - there were two opportunities to win a prize from those activities. *5 months prior to the wedding* This was a two-hour call with the wedding team to go over our vision and details. I forgot the name of the person assisting us, but she was very patient and fun to talk with! She reassured us that if there were changes we'd like to make over the next few months, they'd be happy to accommodate. A few months later, vendors contacted us to further discuss additional details - officiant, cake, DJ, and florist. *1 week prior to the wedding* We had Jacoby as our amazing wedding coordinator and Ana to assist on our special day. They reviewed and confirmed details as well as what to expect on our Rehearsal Day, which was a day prior to our wedding. We loved their positive attitudes and professionalism throughout the process! *Wedding Day* Despite how fast and chaotic it felt, we truly appreciate Jacoby and Ana for keeping us on the right pace, consistently checking in with us, and making sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the day. If there was something I, my husband, our wedding party, and family needed, they were quick to provide it. They also knew where to put our decor and took some behind-the-scenes photos to share with us after our wedding. We had our photographer, Hayden from A Perfect Impression, who suggested all the right poses, shots, angles, and places to take our photos. Our DJ, Saul, was very accommodating with a song request and some changes that we communicated through email and text - the vibe of the ceremony and reception was perfect. The food was fantastic, the photobooth provided high-quality images that we could receive through a texted link. *Overall* If we could rate it more than 5 stars, we totally would! We are truly happy that we chose Redwood Canyon for our wedding - an amazing and friendly team with a beautiful venue that accommodated 80 of our guests!

Our daughter was married August 13, 2023 at Churon Winery. We started off renting a venue and were going to do "a do it yourself wedding". We quickly realized we are not professional wedding planners and it was going to be stressful for all of us. Weddings are suppose to be fun and enjoyably memorable. We live in Temecula and know the wineries, services, and grounds. We've always been impressed with Churon Winery especially the wine servers Valerie and Dani who always gave us a good wine tasting experience. We reached out to the wedding planner Meilee and were not disappointed with her or the entire staff at Churon. They were all excellent including Enrique the Chef, Christopher the server and bartender, Rosa from housekeeping and Rob, Lisa and Julie at the front hotel check in counter. They went over and above to accommodate our wishes, constant questions and changes throughout the whole months of planning. The food and service was excellent. Meilee, the Wedding/Events Coordinator, based on her experience made excellent suggestions that we would have never thought of. She gave us her personal phone number and told us to call anytime we had a question or concern throughout the months of planning. We did and she always answered or got back with us ASAP. She even insisted that she would come in and meet with us or her days off. We never took her up on that offer but knew she would have come in on her days off. The wedding went of flawlessly and the bride, groom and parents had a wonderful wedding day due mainly to Churon's organization and staff's work ethic. Many of our guests mentioned what a great venue and beautiful wedding. Another positive is Churon has a hotel on the grounds and the rooms are large and beautiful. Many of our guests stayed there before and after the wedding and loved the experience. Thank you to Churon for creating a perfect day.

We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

Truffle pig was the first venue we viewed, and after meeting their entire team - we knew instantly we would be married here and in good hands (thanks Maddie for the time spent!). Wedgewood weddings made sure to hold our hands in the 9 months of wedding planning - and when we had a literal house fire 3 months before - the Wedgewood team sprung into action. Their communication was unmatched, they outlined every action item and gave us recommendations along the way. We have gone to over 30 weddings together and NO ONE has had a planning team like Wedgewood. Their experience with countless weddings gave us so much comfort - we knew they would solve problems so we didn't have to. They made wedding planning fun - and allowed "the bride to be a bride" - making decisions / coordinating so we could soak up the moments. Allison was our day of coordinator and she was simply perfect. Allison kept our bridal party in-line and efficient while ensuring everyone was laughing (yet keeping the bride and groom calm!). Her energy in the bridal suite is a moment the bride will always remember - with a calming yet excited presence. When the bride's dress unexpectedly ripped, she helped with a needle and thread to solve it! We cannot emphasize enough - Allison felt like a blessing we prayed for, and our day went perfect because of how happy she was while hustling in the background. The venue was gorgeous - our guests felt like they were seamlessly guided throughout the day (always with a drink in hand!). The food was exceptional (shoutout to the chef!) and the drinks went down easy. After a number of visits to potential wedding venues that just didn't feel right, my wife and I felt like a miracle had happened when we found Seventh Place. Seventh Place is a venue where you can truly execute your own vision, whatever it may be, while the space still brings a quality and characteristic that feels so unique to wedding venues. Having moved to Los Angeles from New York City, my wife and I were hoping to bring a bit of that Brooklyn energy to our wedding day, and the lovely brick interior and beautiful courtyard here absolutely helped deliver that. The space (and staff) was so flexible that it was easy to achieve exactly what we imagined for the big day, and our point person Lorraine was extremely helpful and communicative in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. The interior is beautiful, with enough space for us to host 150 guests at large family-style tables (the wooden tables Seventh Place has are very very nice), and still have more than enough room for dancing and a cozy and comfy lounge area. Besides being the perfect setting for our ceremony, we hosted the dessert table and some more seating and cocktail tables outside in the courtyard, which has a lot of greenery all around and plenty of shade, making it easy to forget you are in DTLA. The hedge wall outside on the street also served as a great backdrop for our family photos (we put down some turf on the street). We are both so thrilled with how our wedding turned out, and the setting was a major factor in the success of the day. Seventh Place was an exceptional (and very well-priced!) venue with a wonderful team who made the process very easy for us. They also host a great preferred vendor open house which was a big help in wrapping our heads around the wedding planning process, and seeing the space in action! We can happily and confidently recommend Seventh Place as a venue for your big events!

From the moment we first reached out to Topo's Restaurant Bar & Banquet Facility, we were impressed by their available, communicative, and reassuring approach. Can't say enough good things about the team at Occasions at Laguna Village -- when venue shopping, my husband and I had almost given up and decided we would likely just elope instead, but Occasions was our last stop. We immediately fell in love with the views, the layout, the food/drink options, the ability to personalize our version, the beach party vibe - all of it! Dayna made the planning process SO easy and always offered to jump on a call with me whenever I had questions or needed to talk through a decision I was changing. The tasting with Andrew was a BLAST and he was able to easily accommodate all of our requests from pre-wedding cocktails to late night snacks.
