Your day begins beneath the open sky in our outdoor ceremony space, surrounded by sweeping countryside views. Guests are then welcomed into the historic lower level—our 100-year-old barn—where reclaimed horse stables and intimate architecture create a charming and memorable setting for cocktail hour. The celebration continues in the upstairs Barn Loft, a warm and beautifully appointed reception space.

Best Venue in the State!
I’ve had the pleasure of DJing at Bohemia Overlook many times, and it is truly one of the most beautiful and well-run venues in Maryland. The property is stunning, the layout is incredibly efficient for both couples and vendors, and the tents are some of the best I’ve worked under anywhere. The staff is outstanding, and Sky and Anthony are two of the most genuine, dedicated people you’ll meet in this industry. They care deeply about every couple’s experience and always go above and beyond to make sure the day flows perfectly. If you’re considering Bohemia Overlook for your wedding, you absolutely can’t go wrong. It’s an exceptional venue run by exceptional people.
The Perfect Day!
As mother-of-the-groom, I am deeply grateful that our son and his bride enjoyed the perfect wedding at Bohemia Overlook. The grounds were immaculate, and the venue allowed ample space for the bride to bring her vision to life. The Manor House was the perfect place for the bridal party to prepare while the groom and his groomsmen enjoyed some fun while getting ready in the Barracks. Our day-of manager provided warm, personal, and responsive communication throughout the event, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. I am still speechless at how beautifully everything came together. It was the perfect day at the perfect venue—a truly stunning property!
