About this venue

Reptacular Animals specializes in hands-on entertainment with live kid-friendly animals. We have reptiles, pony rides, petting zoos, parrots, bunnies, puppies, bugs and so much more. With 3 locations to serve you, we offer shows throughout Southern California! Reptacular Animals was created to fulfill the dreams of children and adults everywhere, giving audiences an opportunity to interact directly with animals in a safe environment. Reptacular Ranch is owned by Jennifer and Cory Lagusker whose lifelong passion for animals brought them together. They built Reptacular Ranch, and together, took a bunch of animal enthusiasts and turned us into a Reptacular family.

Nestled in the Angeles National Forest, our ranch provides a unique setting for a wedding your guests are sure to remember. Surrounded by the majestic mountains, your wedding will feature a ceremony area and a reception area complete with a dance floor, room for a band, buffet, beverage bar, and plenty of space to make your wedding dreams come true. You can also invite one of our many animals to your wedding making your day a little more memorable. From a kiss from a camel to a beer from a burro, we’ll be there to help you bring a bit of nature into your nuptials.

I originally found this hidden gem on Zola and I’m so glad I did. I had certain things for our wedding that we needed to have Cory and his team made it all happen. They 1000% earn all the five star reviews they have. My goal for our wedding was to have a great time and party. Cory was so accommodating and allowed us to make that happen, no problem! Even our coordinator was surprised at how easy they made the entire setup and tear down process. We had around 150 guests and we all fit great, the staff were around and had everything under control like parking and trash. They really allowed for our entire wedding day to be a blast. We had herbie the camel join us and the petting zoo for cocktail hour, nobody expected it and it was a great surprise for guests. Cory and his wife really made it about us, and with so many people coming up to us, they made pictures a breeze.

Reptacular Ranch was a big part of why we loved our wedding. Animal lovers will obviously be obsessed, and even the boring animal-neutral people in your life will come away with some great stories. Cory was very easy to work with and accommodating across the board. The staff was super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but you're close enough to take a quick Uber back to the Valley. The venue already has a fun aesthetic, but there's still plenty of opportunities to make it your own with decorations. One little thing that I loved is that the hills keep the sun out of your eyes in the ceremony space, so we were able to have a 3pm ceremony (in November) and no one was getting blasted with the sun.

Reptacular Animals Ranch was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Cory, the owner, was always so responsive, professional, and quick to respond to our questions, making the planning process a breeze. The venue itself was gorgeous, with a huge, rustic, and personable feel that was so much fun for our guests. Cory went above and beyond in making sure our day was worry-free, and we highly recommend getting the petting zoo and/or Beer Burro add-on; our guests had a blast meeting all the animals and couldn't get over how unique our cocktail hour was! We are so grateful to Reptacular Animals Ranch for helping make our special day truly unforgettable.

Reptacular Animals Ranch was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. The communication with the staff was great, accurate, and wonderful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was truly outstanding - the venue was big, spacious, and lovely. They made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it, and the lighting at night was amazing, really showing the romantic side of our relationship. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire night, making us feel so welcomed. The location was perfect, the only downside was that we didn't have much cell phone signal. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our special day.
