Our elegant yet casual setting, in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, is a chic alternative to traditional wedding venues. Whether you are looking for an intimate ceremony, a modern reception space, or simply celebrating your elopement happily ever after, The 408 has something for you! With floor to ceiling windows overlooking Broadway, a beautiful bar, walkability to nearby accommodations & night life, in house catering, rooftop access for photos, and an on-site Event Coordinator, The 408 is unlike anything else in the area. At The 408, our goal is to provide a guided, streamlined, planning experience, as well as a joy-filled celebration that you, your family, and friends will always remember!

Your wedding ceremony unfolds in a stunning, light-filled room designed to feel both intimate and breathtaking. Floor-to-ceiling windows stretch along the length of the space, revealing the vibrant energy of Broadway below while surrounding your celebration in soft natural light. The atmosphere blends modern sophistication with warm urban charm—exposed brick, glowing reflections, and panoramic views that make every moment feel cinematic. Whether set for a cozy ceremony of 24 or transformed into a stylish cocktail gathering for up to 150 guests, the room carries a graceful versatility that allows your vision to take center stage. Thoughtfully designed lounge areas, polished wood dining tables, and adjustable lighting allow you to shape the space into the perfect backdrop for exchanging vows, creating an elegant sanctuary in the heart of the city.

The room includes glassware, flatware, plateware, and linens in classic black or white, along with a custom audiovisual system featuring surround-sound music, wireless microphones, two TVs, and Wi-Fi. Ceremony locations are fully flexible—choose the brick wall for a rustic touch, the towering windows for a glowing backdrop, or any corner that best reflects your style. Décor enhancements include plants, vases, seasonal accents, and 408’s signature real-tea-light centerpieces. Practical comforts are seamlessly integrated with dedicated restrooms, an elevator, central heating and cooling, a coat room, and vendor-friendly access.

Successful Reception at the 408!
Working with Maria at the 408 for our wedding reception was very helpful. As an out-of-state couple, Maria was always very accommodating with questions via email, phone calls, and working through anything we needed. The 360 walk through video online is accurate and gives a good feel of the space for anyone wondering. Maria also highlighted the venue's public tasting which we attended, as well as offering up a chance for us to come back to the space for one last pass through before the wedding. We loved the modern bar, intimate feel that the 408 offered - and our guests really enjoyed the lounge! The 408 also did a phenomenal job being flexible with dietary restrictions (we had non-dairy, vegan, Celiac's disease, and more to accommodate) and very carefully labelled the food dishes. Maria and her team were able to execute our vision, along with all its little details, to a T. At 92 guests, the space was a great size: everyone had a seat, the dance floor was comfortably full, and the mood was perfect.
Our October 2025 Wedding
From the moment we first reached out to The 408 Event & Occasion, we were impressed by their prompt, thorough, and friendly communication style. The team, led by the incredibly diligent and personable Maria, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day vision came to life. The venue itself is cleanly designed with a modern, stunning aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff were extremely accommodating and kind, making sure we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. We are thrilled with the service and quality we received from The 408 Event & Occasion, and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
Book the 408
We recently had our wedding at the 408 and could not be happier with our choice. From the staff to the atmosphere, everything was perfect and our guests had nothing but good things to say. We had about 55 people which made for a cozy and intimate wedding that never felt cramped or awkward in the space. The 408 is already so beautifully decorated which allowed us to bring in minimal items and utilize items already at the 408 such as candles, vases, and plants to decorate the tables and ceremony space. Maria (event manager) was fantastic throughout the planning process answering every question quickly and with detail, and the staff the day of was professional, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about the 408 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone regardless of the event type
Wedding at the 408
We can't thank Maria, the chef, the bartenders, and all the staff at the 408 enough for all they did to make our wedding at the 408 so perfect and memorable. Maria was truly the best event coordinator I could have asked for! We had several check-ins with Maria throughout the planning process in the months leading up to the wedding, which made me feel reassured that we were in good hands. The day of the wedding, she even set up all of our decorations and flowers. Additionally, she communicated with our other vendors, making the whole day run smoothly. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the food (the halibut and filet mignon were both amazing!) and atmosphere of the 408, including the lighting, the sound system, the size, the orange couches, the beautiful windows looking out over Broadway... It was such a memorable day for all of us!
