Located in the historic Red Building on the banks of the Columbia River, The Loft offers a breathtaking blend of rustic elegance and industrial-chic design. Painstakingly renovated with reclaimed materials and old-growth vaulted ceilings, this 4,000-square-foot venue is flooded with natural light. Whether you are hosting a reception for up to 240 guests or an intimate gathering, the backdrop of passing ships and the Astoria-Megler Bridge creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

The basic day rental gives couples a solid foundation to start from and ample time (9AM - 11 PM) to access the room and make it their own. This package includes our round tables and seating for up to 200 guests as well as separate Bride & Groom suites in which you can get ready, or relax with a glass of champagne if you need a break.

Not only do you get everything listed in our Basic Package, but you also get extended access, free use of premium furnishings, upgraded linen underlays and use of the entire PA system. This is meant to make your day super easy breezy and to assist with tha you will have your own onsite catering coordinator to ensure everything venue related is going according to plan.

The Deluxe 3 Day Rental package puts the Luxe in deluxe. We included everything we could think of in this package to make your wedding/reception gorgeous and smooth. You will have ample time to do anything you wish in the loft. Rehearsal dinner? Covered. After wedding brunch on Sunday? Absolutely! The last thing anyone wants to do after their wedding is stay late to pack up, with this package you can sleep in and pack up the next day! Plus your onsite event coordinator is available all 3 days.
