Kick back at our northernmost brewpub in Cannon Beach. Feel right at home with our indoor dining spaces, and our newly refreshed banquet space for 32 guests is now available for large parties and private events. Pelican wedding reception
My wife and I had a beach wedding at Cannon Beach in May. After a bit of research, we decided to have our reception at the Pelican Brewery in town due to a number of reasons, but mainly for the love of the Pelican brand and the location. Simply put, they knocked it out of the park. 10 out of 10. We had 70 guests, and every person (except children) have since commented on their exceptional service, the delicious food, beverages, and attention at this brewery. The Pelican team worked alongside us to draft up a custom menu for our guests that included appetizers from their own menu. The timing of the apps and entrees getting to our guests was perfect. It was like they had an army of chefs behind the scenes to make sure the entrees came out at once. It was both amazing and mind boggling how they pulled this off. The food was delicious and plentiful. Not a person complained about portion size or quality of ingredients. They instead showered Pelican with praise. Guests were taking food home with them. We had a hosted bar the first 2 hours of our event, and not one person had to visit the bar for a refill of a beverage. The attentiveness was second to none. Before your beverage was even finished, a server was there to ask you for a refill. The costs to rent the space and varying fees to meet your needs are very reasonable! We had a budget to work with and were able to easily stay under our target costs. Their event coordinator, Caitlin, is wonderful, knowledgeable, and super awesome to work with and left no stone unturned. The attention to detail on display by everyone involved was unmatched. We had a bonfire on the beach following our reception, and Pelican had assigned one of their team members to head down to the beach early to reserve the spot, deliver the wood, and build the fire pit. The team at Pelican went far above and beyond our expectations. Bravo to them and their brand. If you're planning a wedding, or any event where you are entertaining a few dozen people, you would be crazy not to put Pelican at the top of your list. They are top notch and will deliver on every expectation you might have.

As a wedding coordinator, I was super impressed with Pelican Brewing Company! Pre-event, their staff was responsive and friendly - answering my many questions on layout, menu options, sound systems, etc. On-site, they were ready to go and had the appropriate number of staff members to ensure a smooth event. I’m hoping to book another wedding at Pelican Brewing because their team is just that great! I highly recommend Pelican Brewing for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed!
